"I swear to Merlin, prongs," Sirius growled as he sat in the couch in the Gryffindor common room with his three friends. "When I get these out of my hair, I'm going to hex the life out of you."

Since James and Sirius were made to sit in two different corners of the class, James was bored halfway through the lesson and decided to fly paper planes in Sirius' hair whenever the professor wasn't looking. Paper planes with a temporary sticking charm on them.

"You were ignoring me." James smirked as Sirius tried to pull out a few of the paper planes from his hair.

"Why would you do this to my beautiful hair." Sirius sighed.

"Oh my--" The four boys heard a laugh. "Sweet Merlin in heaven! Who ordered the porcupine?"

"Shut up, Cohrs." Sirius scowled as he turned to face her. Samantha Cohrs, a great student, friend and athlete. Everyone knew better than messing with this Gryffindor. She could beat you physically and verbally, not to meantion that this Gryffindor knew her spells all too well.

"Ooh." She giggled leaning on the back rest of the couch and trying to pull out a paper plane with an awestruck expression on her face. "Wow! Who did this?"

"This great soul right here." James chuckled, pointing to himself.

"Oh my! These are really stuck in there." Samantha laughed. "Good work, Potter."

"Sad thing, it's only a temporary sticking charm." James sighed dramatically.

"Sad." She giggled, pulling at another paper plane.

"Sod off, Cohrs." Sirius scowled, swatting her hand away.

"Excuse your sour butt," Samantha started, straightening up and placing her hands on her hips. "I was only trying to help you, you git."

"Do you know the counter spell?" Sirius asked.

"Yeah," She smiled. "I do."

"Well? Use It then!" Sirius said, turning to face her.

"Nope," She laughed, successfully pulling out a plane. "This is more fun."

By dinner time, all the planes had successfully been removed from Sirius' hair and instead of going for dinner, he decided to go wash his hair.

"Black!" Samantha muttered, walking towards the boy who was hiding behind the wall and laughing to himself.

"What are you doing here?" She asked loudly as she approached him. His laughing ceased and jumped at the sudden voice.

"Shh!" He hissed, pulling her arm and pressing her against the wall as his hand covered her mouth.

"Haareouoingere?" She asked, her words muffled into his hands.

"What?" He said, trying to comprehend her muffled words. She rolled her eyes and pulled his hand away.

"What are you doing?" She whispered.

"Watch." He whispered, pointing to something. She peeked around the wall and saw James walking in the other direction, audibly grumbling about how padfoot was there one second and the next he disappeared.

"Wh--" She started, only to be cut off by green slime pouring over James, who screamed in fear. Sirius' hand covered his mouth to keep his snickering quiet. The next second, feathers were bombarded on James from all directions.
