"To get in you must answer a riddle."
"A riddle? Are you serious? How hard could a little riddle be?" A boy laughed.
"You'd be surprised."
I turned to Delilah. "What if we can't answer it?" I whispered.
"You have to wait for someone else who can answer it."
"Delilah I'm terrible at riddles!" I whisper yelled.
"You'll be fine. We're children."
"Not all of us! Some students here are like 18!"
The door opened loudly. The group of Ravenclaw students entered. Large windows lined the circular walls. Two couches sat in front of a large fireplace. A table surrounded by chairs sat In the center of the room. Across from the the door a statue sat between two large bookshelves. Above them was a balcony, with stairs on either side. In the middle was a door.
"To the dormitories!" The door creaked open.
"More stairs." Sebastian whined. His brother, a 6th year flicked Sebastian on the head. "John!" He yelled. "I'm telling mum!"
Delilah laughed loudly.
"That reminds me," he handed him a stack of letters. "You've been here a few hours. Mum wrote you 12 times."
All the girls went up to the girls dormitory. Beautiful white 4 poster beds lined the room. Between each of them were large windows.

"So what'd the hat say to you?" Delilah asked. "You had him the longest."
"He asked what I'd think about being in Slytherin."
"And that's when you yelled at him."
"You could hear?"
"Everyone could hear. Everyone was silent after that."
"So was the hat." His words suddenly hit me. "Then he said,'You're your fathers daughter but I'll do this anyway' then he yelled Ravenclaw."
"Your dad was a wizard?"
"No. I don't know. What the hat say to you?"
"I begged for Gryffindor, but he argued and said Id thank him later. Then he gave me a choice between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor."
"What do you think he said to Sebastian?"
She cleared her throat. "Let's see, there's no reason you should be in Ravenclaw, but I'll let you hang with your cousin."
"Were you expecting to be in Gryffindor?"
"Yeah." She laughed. "I did everything exactly as my sisters did."
"What about John?"
"Sebastian's siblings are all over."
"Well. Ravenclaw has been dealt some fantastic new witches and wizards."
~
I left the Ravenclaw common room. "Hopefully I'll be expelled." I laughed sliding down the spiral stairs.I explored the castle. Torches lit up the eerie hallways. My footsteps echoed as I walked.
Large footsteps rattled the school. I pulled a torch form the wall, marching over. The large creature came closer. I gulped. A ginormous shadow towered over me. "Hagrid?"
"Hello Lizzie."
Familiar footsteps neared the corner.
"Hagrid?" Professor McGonagall said. "Is that you? Is there a student out of bed?!"
"No, er, just me ma'am."
She paused a moment. "Alright then." He footsteps retreated to where she had come.
"Why'd you do that?"
"I don't know, suppose you remind me of yer father when he was just a young lad."
"My father? You knew my father?"
"I know your father quit well."
"Knew. He's dead, isn't he?"
He laughed loudly. "Yer father, dead?"
"Yes. He died young. My mother too."
"Don't you know who you are?"
"Hagrid-"
"Heck your fathers the boy who lived." He laughed. My heart skipped a beat.
"My fathers-My-my fathers H-H-Har-"
"Harry Potter."
I hit the ground hard. The world cancelled out as darkness over came me.
