"Jesus Christ, Toni. Where the hell did you learn that?!" Jackie asked excitedly.
"I dunno. Instinct I think. Do you have an ice pack?" I asked looking at my knuckles, they were now red and the middle finger one was cut a little.
"Yeah." Alex said walking to his freezer, when he came back he cringed at my knuckles, "That was actually really cool." He said smiling at me, he gently put the pack on top of my hand. I blushed and we stayed like that for a few minutes. Well we stayed there until Jackie cleared her throat. We looked at her and she was grinning like a maniac.
"What?" I asked. She just shook her head with a smug look. I looked at Alex and he just shrugged.
"I'm going to take Cali back upstairs. Night guys, it was nice meeting you Toni!" Jackie said throwing Cali over her shoulder. We waved and when the door closed it was silent.
"Are you tired?" He asked I shook my head.
"Not at all." I said. I noticed he was still holding my hand but I didn't move it. "We could watch a movie or something." I said looking at him.
"Yeah, I have Netflix in my room." He says. I follow him to his room, and it actually wasn't messy. It was really modern, there was a lot of reds blacks and whites.
"Nice room." I said.
"Thanks, you can lay on my bed while i find the remote." He said opening a drawer filled with controllers and loose batteries. Sitting on his bed I noticed the remote sitting under his pillow. I grabbed it and hid it using my arms. After awhile he turned around with furrowed eyebrows, looking around the room.
His eyes landed on me and he playfully narrowed his eyes, "Toni, give me the remote." I shake my head grabbing it and trying to run, keyword trying. He quickly grabbed me by my waist and pulled me back against his chest. "Can I please have the remote now?" He asked, I still shook my head, that was a mistake. He started tickling me, and I was really ticklish. I started thrashing in his arms but he had a tight grip, not tight enough to hurt me but tight enough that he wouldn't drop me.
"Okay, okay! You win!" I giggled as he finally grabbed the remote from my hands. He fell back on the bed still holding me, so I was laying on him. I could feel myself blush, get it together Toni! Alex had decided on Tucker and Dale vs. Evil. It was really funny, but by the beginning of the end I felt my eyelids start to grow heavy, I knew Alex was already asleep because I could hear slight snoring. I turned onto my stomach still on him and later my head on his chest, I could hear his heartbeat and I fell asleep.
