As the morning of the Daytona 500 dawns upon us, a slight rain shower has fallen across Daytona nothing major should pass in ten to 15 minutes with a 20 minute jet dryer so Benny Parsons has decided to go to motorcoach to motorcoach and interivew the drivers.
"WELL DALE YOU GOTTA FAST 8 CAR WHAT WOULD YOU NEED TO DO TO MAKE THAT CAR A RACE WINNER?"
"Well you're right, we do have a vury fast Budweiser 8 DEI Car, the plan today though is to work with all the D.E.I Cars, Now I know this plan did not work so well last time but I mean.."
"Don't continue that Dale, Now we will go talk to the Duel 2 winner starting 3rd Karson Mitchell, Karson we don't know anything about you-"
"I love Five Hour Energy and making Paint Schemes."
"O.....kay....?"
"Now lets go onto Peter OnJack, Peter?" Benny repeatedly knocks on the door with no response.
"He must be sleeping, But hey theres Dylan Jacobs, Dylan?" Benny Walks up to Dylan singing.
Dylan begins to headbang before turning around. "Leave." Benny would scurry off in scaredom.
"Okay enough of this we are going to badazzle to the grid walk. See you in a few hours."
A FEW HOURS LATER
"On Pole the 16 of Greg Biffle, Starting 2nd is JuneBug with fellow Duel winner Karson Mitchell behind him."
"Back in 8th we have Jacob Rose after a strong run in the Duels beside him is James Bowles in a car that might have a tire rub on the start from fender damage which they could not fix with the tools they had during the Duels,
"Now Back in 23rd we Have Dylan Jacobs after his medium sized run in the duels he starts deep mid pack where is the exact opposite of where you want to be in Daytona."
'"Now in 34th and 35th we have a set of rookies in Peter OnJack and Chris (forgot his last name.) Two Rookies who need strong runs like every other rookie in the field for points to stay alive for every race in the season except for Peter, who will be runnign part time"
"And now the 46th Daytona 500 is Green!" Adam Bestwick exclaims as the cars roar to turn 1.
Lap 7 "These guys are tugging down here on the steering whe- Oh its Mark Martin blowing up! Not what Roush wanted to see as Mark Martin is able to get off the track as the caution waves."
Lap 26 "Yeah and Jimmie Johnson really has a great car that can win toda- Oh we gotta nother smoker! Its Jeff Burton, Ohno two of the Roush Fenway Cars have blown up today."
Lap 45 "Oop, We got another smoker this time its the Rookie for Evernham replacing the great Bill Elliott, Kasey Kahne...."
Lap 70 "OH CONTACT ON THE BACKSTRAIGHT LOOKS LIKE ROSE AND WALTRIP AND OTHERS INVOLVED AS WALTRIP SLIDES DOWN THE TRACK AND SMASHES INTO KARSON MITCHELL AND BEGINS TO FLIP OVER AND OVER MULTIPLE CARS INVOLVED THATS HALF OF OUR FIELD I BELIEVE WHAT WILL HAPPEN NOW!"
Lap 200 of the Daytona 500 "ITS 3 ROOKIES VS TONY STEWART AND JR ITS A 3 CAR PACK ON THE TOP OF PETER ONJACK CHRIS ROAN AND JAMES BOWLES AS TONY SLIDES UP AND ROAN TURNS HIM AND ONJACK AND BOWLES ARE INVOLVED ALONG WITH JEFF GORDON ELLIOTT SADLER AND HARVICK AS ITS GONNA BE DALE EARNHARDT JUNIOR WINNING THE 2004 DAYTONA 500, SCOTT WIMMER 2ND AND 2ND ROW JOE NEMECHEK COMES HOME 3RD WOW!
