Return To Everfree: A New Legend Arises

Chapter One

I know. This chapter is totally overdue, but here it finally is. Let me know what you guys think :)

"This is gonna be so much fun!!." Pinkie exclaimed, throwing her hands up into the air, stomping her feet in excitement.

Applejack, Fluttershy, Twilight, Sunset Shimmer, and Rarity all watched her, listening to her blab on and on about how excited she was. They looked at each other. They had to agree with her. They were just as excited.

Applejack turned back around in her seat. She looked to her right. She looked at her beautiful and amazing girlfriend, the one and only Rainbow Dash, who was surprisingly quiet.

Rainbow Dash has the window seat and was silently staring out the window, yet her eyes didn't seem to be focusing on anything in particular. Rainbow had a distant look in her eyes. Applejack nudged Rainbow with her elbow. Rainbow jolted out of whatever daydream she was in.

"Huh??."

She looked at Applejack. Applejack held in a snicker.

"You good there, babe??." She asked, watching Rainbow's cheeks turn bright red at being caught off guard.

Being caught off guard like this rarely happened to Rainbow Dash.

"Oh um, y-yeah." Rainbow stuttered. "Just thinking about how much fun we're gonna have."

Applejack tilted her head to bed left.

"You sure??."

Rainbow nodded, a small smile on her face.

"Alright. If you say so."

Applejack draped an arm over Rainbow's shoulders. Rainbow smiled at her lovingly and then rested her head on the shoulder.

"You girls ready for another week at camp??."

The young couple looked behind themselves and saw Sunset Shimmer. Sunset had her arms crossed, resting them on top of the seat, grinning at them.

"Totally." Rainbow said, grinning. "This is gonna be great."

"I'm glad Gloriosa and Timber Spruce are allowing us back." Sunset said, grinning.

She made an face. "Considering what happened last time we got there and Gloriosa nearly trapped us all there forever."

Twilight suddenly popped up beside Sunset. She grinned at Sunset, pushing her glasses up her nose with her pointer finger.

"Yeah. That happened. I wonder how she's taking it. I mean it kinda takes a toll on you when you've turned into an evil spirit demon and tried ta trap everyone."

"Well ah' given up on hopin' there won't be any magic business wherever we go." Applejack declared, tossing her free hand in the air.

She shrugged. "Ah think we all know that somethin' magical happens no matter where we are, and we just gotta wait n' see what happens this week."

The girls all nodded in agreement. After Gloriosa had turned all evil on them, they weren't sure if she and her brother were ready for them to come back just yet. But luckily, Gloriosa had happily welcomed them back when Principal Celestial asked if they could go back for another week.
