"So that was Netflix and chill?" Amaya frowned.
"That's the basic idea, yeah." Nate shuffled awkwardly under the sheets.
"You're lying to the woman to get her into bed? I thought Netflix was watching shows from a plastic box that you pay for with money you send from a plastic card."
"Netflix by itself is that, but if you add chill, it becomes this." He mumbled.
"Chilling is keeping something cold."
"It's a euphemism, Amaya." Nate said, rolling sideways to look at her.
"It makes no sense whatsoever. I was expecting musicals and ice cream." She complained.
"Do you want to do that?" Nate cocked his head to the side.
"A little, yes."
"Come on then, let's do just that." Quickly, he put on his pants and threw her his shirt. "Let's get ice cream first then."
The two quickly shuffled to the kitchen, where Mick and Stein was eating together in the corner. Nate went to the freezer, looking through to try and find ice cream.
"Mr. Heywood, Ms. Jiwe, what a pleasant surprise." Martin greeted them. "In search of a late dinner? Would you two like to join Mr. Rory and myself?"
"I don't have enough non-fat-free chips to go around, professor." Mick grumbled.
"Oh, it's okay. Nate and I are going to Netflix and-" Amaya began.
"Watch musicals and eat ice cream!" Nate interrupted loudly.
"Oh, um, what kind of musicals are you two planning to watch?" Martin asked, trying to change the subject.
"They're going to have sex, professor." Mick said, chewing a chip loudly.
"I already knew that I-" Stein said.
"Fro-yo!" Nate shouted as he grabbed an icy bucket and two spoons. "We're going to eat fro-yo because there is no ice cream. And for your information, we're watching The Sound of Music."
"Oh. They already had sex." Mick said, nodding knowingly. Amaya nodded back confidently.
Nate turned a bright shade of salmon as he put his arm around Amaya and led her back to his room.
The two jumped back into bed.
"Gideon, can you turn on The Sound of Music?" He asked.
"Of course, Mr. Heywood."
A screen came down and the famous mountain landscape panned across as the nostalgic tune began to play. Amaya happily opened the fro-yo and dug in. She was adorable, eating black cherry fro-yo, mesmerized at the hillside.
Nate planted a soft kiss on her forehead, which she returned with a cold cherry flavored peck.
As Julia Andrews began to sing, a lower voice accompanied her.
"The hills are alive with the sound of music," Ray sang as he peeked through the door, "can I join you?"
"Of course! We're Netflix and chilling." Amaya smiled.
"Totally, join us." Nate was smiling also, but his eyes read 'GET OUT.'
Obviously, Ray didn't get the message, and jumped into the bed next to Nate. Slowly, Ray reached for Nate's spoon and ate some fro-yo.
"Julia Roberts is magical in this. She was my childhood crush." Ray whispered in awe.
"You're stealing my spoon." Nate grumbled as he positioned himself more comfortably next to Amaya.
"We've shared spit before, don't worry about it." Ray shrugged and snuggled next to Nate more.
Amaya giggled. Somehow, the tinkling laughter made everything better.
"Will you give me some fro-yo?" He mumbled to her.
"Sure." Ray replied, and passed him the spoon.
