Big Brother 18 // Paul Abrahamian

Chapter 23

"By a vote of 2 to 1, Rosa you are evicted from the Big Brother house."

I nodded and immediately got hugged by Corey who was sat next to me in the nomination chairs. I quickly hugged the rest of them before walking towards the door where Paul stood holding bag. He pulled me into a hug, "I'm so sorry."

I shook my head trying not to cry. "I'll see you soon, stay safe." I grabbed my bag.

"That crowd better roar." Michelle said crying.

I couldn't tell you details, I was in a state of shock. I knew this would probably happen but I didn't process leaving the house. As I opened the door the crowd screamed and I smiled at them laughing.

"How are you doing?" Julie asked hugging me.

"Right now? Awesome, thank you. How are you?" She laughed as I sat down.

"Rosa, you and Paul came up with a plan to act as if you were on the outs in hopes of saving you. But it didn't work, ultimately why do you think they chose to vote you out?"

"Um, honestly I feel like I'm more threatening than Corey and they were scared Paul and I could possibly come back together and get them out. You know, out of everyone left in the house Paul and I were the only ones that had made big moves." I shrugged and smiled at her.

"Speaking of Paul..." She said and everyone started laughing. "You guys were pretty close. I think all of us were tuning in every episode in anticipation that you guys would get together. How come it never happened?"

I thought for a moment and then laughed, "Julie I ask myself that same question." The audience and Julie laughed. "But uh, I think we definitely needed to talk and tell each other whatever we are feeling. I never knew if he liked me or what was going on..."

"Well Rosa, I can't tell you much but I can tell you Paul has feelings for you." Everyone whooped.

I shook my head smiling.

"Do you remember worrying about America hating you a few weeks back? Why do you think that?"

I thought back to America's Care Package and nodded, "That's one of the things about being in the Big Brother house. You have no idea what's going on and you start to drive yourself crazy with it. Especially when America never picked me to receive a care package!" I playfully glared at the audience as laughter filled the room.

"A lot of people think you have played one of the best games this season. Don't worry too much." Julie said patting my arm.

"Thank you." I smiled at her, relieved.

"You are now the fifth member of the jury... out of those left in the game, who do you want to see be the next person evicted."

"Oh, Nicole of course." I didn't have to think on it but at least the crowd cheered for my answer, "But more importantly I want to see Paul go really far in the game. I would've taken him to the final two if I could."

"Well, in the event that you were the one evicted tonight your housemates taped some goodbye messages for you..."

I looked over at the screen as Michelle started talking, "Rosa I feel awful. Paul was the target this week. It really pains me to see you go because you never wronged me... I'm really going to miss our nail polish and burrito debates." She bursted out in tears and I laughed along the audience as tears filled in my eyes.
