Is the next day, me and Dylan have been texting since last night, we were becoming good friends again just like I thought we would. He invited me to this party one of his friends was having, Jack. I've never been to one of his party's before, but I heard that he throws the best ones in town, we'll find out soon I guess. Jack was one of the cool, bad guys at school. He didn't care about anyone and was seen with a different girl every week. Basically, he was a fuckboy.

I had a few hours to get ready after Dylan invited me. So I took my time and ate before I went upstairs to get ready, I wasn't sure was I was going to wear at first, by I ended up wearing a black tight dress with a cute jacket I bought last week, then I just did my makeup and I was ready to go. I decided to walk today, Dylan offered me a ride, but I would rather just walk. Walking made me calm and I just had time for me, it was like a daily diary that I wrote in every day. Except It was just my thoughts getting organized in my head. It was a really good way for me to get things in order, every time I was mad, or sad, or just really confused I just went for a walk and it made me feel at ease.

In a couple of minutes, I was at Jack's house, the music was loud and people were dancing and drinking, making out and just doing stuff people do at parties. I texted Dylan asking him where he was, he immediately responded and I quickly found him. He was really cute now that I really look at him, like always not to dressed up. I went up to him and pulled to a hug. "Hey, I'm glad you came", he said smiling. "Thank you for inviting me" I replied as I scanned him, his eyes were more green that blue todaIt'snot fair, he has longer eyelashes than me with mascara, I though to my self noticing his long dark lashes. "This is my friend Thea, Thea this is Jack, the host of the party" my thoughts were interrupted by Dylan's voice introducing me to jack. "Hey" I simply said smiling at him. "What's up" he replied, rising his eyebrows slightly, he had dark brown hair and really pretty hazel eyes, no wonder all those girls were falling for him.

My focus went back to Dylan, he was drinking his beer and talking to all of his friend, me standing behind him not knowing anyone. "I'm going to look around a little bit" I whispered in his ear not loud enough for everyone else to hear me, he looked down at me and smiled "okay I'll find you later", he said and his attention went back to his friends. I looked around, I knew no one, people were dancing and making out everywhere. A tap on my shoulder distracted me for my thoughts. I turned and to my surprise it wasn't Dylan, standing in front of me was Jack with a smirk on his face. "I haven't seen you before", he said and smiled at me. What did he want, was I one of his new victims, one of those girls that cried for weeks after breaking up with him. Nah I thought to myself I wouldn't let him I'm not that easy. "Well I haven't been around you that many times so that makes sense" I responded not really looking for a conversation. He came a bit closer and look at me I second or two "we can fix that can't we?" He said with a smirk on his lips. I was right,
I wasn't going to be one of those girls though. I never allow myself to fall for a guy like Jack, I would just be one of his many girls on the list.
"Well how about no?" I answered turn my heel to walk away from him. He grabbed my wrist and took me back to him. "wait" he said now not looking so proud anymore, I'm sure he wasn't used to rejection. "Why?" I asked, shaking my wrist from his hand. "So you're not even giving me a chance? I'm not that bad when you get to know me I promise" he said smiling. I'm sure he was proud I'm sure he thought that I believed him. No doubt that he's a nice guy, just to his friends though, not everyone else specially not to girls. "Jack, let me get this clear for you. I will not allow myself to be just one of one week girlfriends, were just sleep with them and then dump them the next day." I said crossing my arms and looked at him. He stood there like a statue, not knowing what to say. "We can be friends?" he then said raising one eyebrow waiting for me to respond. "Friends?" I asked not sure if he really meant that. "yeah friends never had one of those before?" He asked teasing me, "ugh" I rolled my eyes to his comment "sure we can be friends" I answered his question. "Perfect, lest get you a drink", he said smiling grabbing my hand dragging me to the kitchen to get me a drink. "Here you go, here you go" he handed me the drink and looked at me for a second. "Do you wanna dance?" I looked at him I was shook, I never dance, never ever. "No way" I answered and laughed slightly. " "oh yes you are", he said again, taking my hand and dragging me to the crowd of people dancing. "I can't dance", I said looking up at him when he finally stopped walking. He looked at me and started laughing, I remained serious and he quickly realized I wasn't joking. "Oh, you're not kidding?" He said and I could se a smile slowly forming on his lips as I shook my he's in response to his comment. "I'll have to teach you then " he said and took my hands. He was dancing to the rhythm of the music and pulling my hands in different directions as he moved. Soon enough I found myself moving to the music, not the way he was but I was getting there. "There you go" he smiled and I just smiled back..
