Chapter twelve: Percy

I saw my mom I was so happy to see her! Alex told me to look out for the thief he has the lightning. I saw some one he was flying it was Luke. " Luke give me the lightning!" I told him. " Come and fight me for it!" He said. I fought him while Annabeth and Alex helped. I was actually pretty beat up. " And you call your self son of Poseidon you can't even use water!" he scoffed me. I smirked and water came from a water tower, it made a tidal wave. I threw it towards Luke and I grabbed the lightning as he drowned in the water.

They cheered as we went to Mount Olympus to return the lightning to Zeus. As we ran into where the gigantic gods were we heard them argue. They saw us. I held up the lightning bolt and zeus took it from my hand. " Thank you Percy Jackson." He said. Apollo god of the sun was sitting next to Artemis bored of the stupid argument and saw alex. " Alex, Dear you look as radiant as the sun and how's your brother?" he told her. " Hey dad and thanks and Michael he's fine " she said putting her hair behind her ear. Athena looked at Annabeth " Hello Annabeth I'm proud of you" she told her smiling. "Hey mom" She said waving. I walked away because my father didn't say shit. " Percy" he called as I walked away. Someone grabbed my shoulder. It was him, " Percy I need to talk to you." he said. " About what? Why did you leave?" I asked him. " I had to I no other choice as a god I wanted to stay I love your mother I love you too." he told me. I didn't answer and left I know cold.

Back at camp half blood they had received the good news and we celebrated. Alex sang Break your little heart with her brothers. Annabeth was congratulated and I got a lot of attention so did Grover. All I can do is focus on Alex rocking the mic and she winked at me. After the song she was right next to me. " Hey can I show you something?" I asked her. " Anything" she said smiling. So I took her hand and ran to my cabin where there was a lake and we sat there. " I love you Alex even though we met just a couple weeks I just know that you and I have something." I told her. " Same here, honestly I think your spell wasn't really a spell it was destiny" She told me. I leaned in and kissed her soft lips and we sat there under the moon light not knowing whats going to come next just knowing that sparks fly every time I see her.
