Chapter three: Percy

Today I'm going to some Greek museum. In the museum I listen to music just trying to block out the world. Mr. Burnner ask me a question " Percy what does it say here?" My dyslexia gets in the way but I still give him an answer " Perseus" I tell him. " correct" he tells me.

My teacher Ms. Dodds pulls me aside " Percy I need to have a talk with you come with me please" she walks so I apparently must follow. In the room I'm looking for her " Ms. Dodds?" I ask looking for her. I look up and shes on top of a shelf. " Ms. Dodds!" I yell to her. " Where is it?!" She asks. " Wheres what I don't know what your talking about" I tell her, I hear Grover and Mr. Burnner and some girl. All of a sudden I see a fire lit arrow being shot towards her. " DON'T GO NEAR HIM OR I'LL RIP YOUR HEART OUT!". Mr. Burnner yells at her. She flys off. " Whats going on?!" I ask panicking while I look around and see a bow and arrow and it vanishes, with a soft whisper "I'll see you again Percy Jackson"

" Take him to sally" Mr. Bunner whispers to Grover. " Come on, man" he says tugging at my shirt. " Whats going on?" I ask. He just tells me to move and he'll explain later. I stop " Whats going on?" I ask again. " I'm your protector, and I will protect you, but right now we need to get you home.

We run towards my house we burst through the door. Grover tells my mom something and she nods, but of course Gabe gets in the way all the time so we start fighting. Grover knocks him out. " Nice one" I tell him. " Thanks now come on" he tells us to run. We get in the car and I'm actually really piste off. " Your father-" I cut her off " My father left us" I tell her. " Your father had a very good reason and he loved you very much." she tells me. We were driving, " I'm taking you somewhere, somewhere where people like you go because your special" she tells me. " Sally look out!" Grover yells. Something big hits us and the car flips over.

"Mom!" I yell looking for her. I see Grover and my mom. Grover takes off his pants for some reason. " Why are you taking your pants off?" I ask him weirded out, because I see donkey legs. " Why do you have donkey legs?" "Correction I'm half goat" he says as he breaks the glass to get us out. I grab my mom and run. We run until we get to some camp, we run through the opening. My mom screams and lets go. " Mom come on" I say as i try to pull her back in. " I can't this is the farthest I can go because I'm not special like you" she tells me.

We hear huge heavy foot steps, and this ugly hand grabs my mom. " MOM!" I yell as I go to save her. " Percy use the pen!" Grover yells. I look for the pen I have it in my hand " What do I do now?" I ask " Click it " he responds. I click on it and a blade comes out. " Whoa" I say in amazement, I run towards the thing and slash it. I fight it, but suddenly it disappears with my mom. "MOM!" I yell in terror. Grover pulls me away into the camp.

I pass out, all I see is darkness.
