Well, the first day is done. I made it through all the bitchy kids, all the fucking teachers giving out work and assignments on the first day. Hell I even made a couple new friends!
Yes, I did see Riley, and I tried talking to her but she didn't give me the time of day... She was too busy talking and laughing it up with the "popular" girls and having guys drooling over her. She laughed in my face along with her little group, I felt so embarrassed I ran off and cried.
What happened to my best friend?
For years, we agreed that those girls weren't even popular because they only have a little group of 3 of them, and no one ever tries to get in with them, and the only reason they're popular is cause their dad's are rich and cause apparently they're "hot". It's hard to see her with them, and happy !?
How could she betray me like this?? We promised each other that once we "officially" started high school, and if they were still popular, we would never become friends with them or hang out with them. I even made her promise 2 times cause she could easily get her dad to throw some cash around and get her in with them...
