I am not an expert on Kanto. In fact I know very little, so things will seldom match up to the games. Just trying to make an interesting story, for the people who read it.
Spark was in shock. They had mocked him, even laughed at his greatest dream. He would show them!
However, there was a slight problem. He was being chased by high powered motorcycles. The riders of these bicycles were Candela and Blanche, his old friends who had called him a loser.
The problem was that he himself was on a small electric mountain bike.
If they caught up they could easily defeat him. He had to get away.
"Think Spark, Think" he shouted at himself as he pedalled with all the energy he could muster.
Meanwhile Blanche and Candela where gaining on him more and more.
"He thinks he can zap us and just run away", Candela screamed furiously. They were both hurtling across the gravel road at alarming speed. They would soon catch up to him.
"Hey Candela, release charizard and make him fly ahead and stop Spark.", Blanche shouted over the sound of the engines.
"Go Charizard ",Candela immediately exclaimed.
Charizard flew up into the air and sped off towards Spark.

When Spark saw the oncoming Pokemon he swerved to the right, as a red hot flamethrower nearly missed him.
Go, Mimikyu he exclaimed as he released the pokemon onto the back of the bicycle.

Before Mimicyu could move, Charizard attaked it, once again using flamethrower.
The attak blasted into Mimikyu, but seemed to do no damage. Then Mimikyu's decoy fell over revealing what had happened.
"Mimikyu use Shadow claw", Spark exclaimed hurriedly. The Shadow Claw hit hard knocking Charizard out of the sky. The force of the blow, and the speed it was moveing at made it faint.
