"Ladies first" the mare said as she lunged at Dashing with a kick at his face that he was just barely able to dodge. Before the other hoof had even moved another one came and got him right in the forehead, sending him flying back. "Did you like that? Nopony has ever seen that second kick coming, and even if they did, there's no way they could avoid it."

Dashing got up on his hind legs "you just might be right about that, but I'll show you that my speed is the winning card here." He rushed forward and delivered an uppercut that left the mare no time to react and sent her into the air. She recovered and did a flip, landing on her hooves.

"Wow, hardly even saw that, but let's get serious here."

The two ponies clashed in a frenzy of punches, kicks, and attempts at grabs. Finally the military mare saw something that would allow her to get the upper hoof. "Here it comes, the uppercut!" She threw herself into a backflip while grabbing his foreleg used for the uppercut. Dashing was thrown onto the ground on his back. She put her hind legs together, using her speed from the backflip to add more force, and brought her hooves down onto his chest. "Had enough?" She said in a mocking tone.

"You wish," Dashing flew out from under her. "Over here!' He came from behind and delivered a punch to her cheek then, while she was still in the air, came under her and kicked her higher into the air. "You're on my turf now. Combo time!" Dashing delivered hard blows from all directions, whenever the mare thought she could turn and catch him, he'd just come from somewhere else. "The finish! Thunder punch barrage!" Dashing came up in front of the mare (who's name we still don't know for some reason) threw out punches at a speed faster than anypony could see. When he finally stopped he grabbed the mare and lowered her down. It was obvious she was in no condition to go on. "Uh, whoops, I forgot to hold back".
