Chapter 6: Nice to meet you

Suddenly my back hit something warm yet broad. Slowly I turned around, my eyes widened as I screamed at the top of my lungs.

"Oh my god, my ears! Stop screaming!" a very familiar voice said covering his ears.

"Ji-Jin?" I stuttered.

"Yes it's Jin, who else" he said.

I quickly hugged him, wrapping my arms around him as I started to cry. "I..I'm scared" I mumbled.

"Are you crying?" he asked, as he made me let go. "How did you end up here?" Jin asked with concern. "Me and Yaerin thought of splitting up and I lost track and got lost" I said in between sobs.

"Okay okay, don't worry, I got lost too, we'll figure out something okay? But first I need you to stop crying" he said in a soothing voice.

I nodded and wiped my tears away, "can..I hold your hand?" I asked hesitantly. Jin nodded back with a yes as I quickly grabbed his hand.

We started walking in silence by the help of Jin's phone, well at least his one won't die on him anytime soon. "How did you get lost?" I asked breaking the silence.

Jin sighed, "Well as you know I had to partner up with your boyfriend and well trying to build up teamwork with him is very useless so he went on his way and I went on mine" Jin explained with boredness.

"Do you think he's okay?" I asked. "Well who knows, maybe he has been gobbled up by a wild bear by now" Jin said.

My eye widened. "WHAT?!" I shrieked, stopping in my tracks.

Suddenly Jin erupted in laughter, "what's so funny? How can you laugh in this kind of situation?!" I asked.

Jin laughed on some more, "wow you're so gullible, I was joking, pabo" he said.

"Yah! Not funny at all" I said slapping his shoulder as he laughed on some more, god. Seriously this guy makes me wanna throw up.

"This is no use" Jin said stopping, we've been walking on for what feels like forever.

"What do you mean?" I asked in confusion, "it looks like we're just going in circles, this won't get us anywhere" he said, holding up his phone.

"Jin.." I started.

"What?" he asked, turning towards me.

"My legs hurt" I whined rubbing my knees.

Jin sighed, "wow you're so annoying" he mumbled as we walked up to a big tree and sat down. "What are we gonna do now?" I asked, Jin looked at his phone and leaned against the tree trunk.

"I guess we'll just have to wait now."

"wait for what?"

"Wait for someone to come in search for us"

I nodded and bit the inside of my cheek. "What if no one shows up?" I asked in fear. "Well someone will show up, after all the school is responsible for us" he said, I nodded knowingly.

"Jin.." I called in a whisper voice.

"Hmm?" 

I looked at my hand which was still in his hand. "I..I'm sorry" I said biting my lip. Jin looked at me in surprise. "I shouldn't have done that prank on you" I said.

"It was a prank?" Jin asked, hurt in his voice, I nodded slowly. "I actually knew all the answers for the questions but Yaerin and I came up with an idea to do badly on the test so you'd get scolded by the principal" I said. Jin stayed silent.
