Chapter 10 the flu

Dana's pov
I got up for school but I wasn't feeling well at all but I had to suck it up and that's what I was going to do but I was afraid to go back because of the events that have happened but I got to do this.I got dressed then I walked downstairs and got a banana hoping that would help my stomach because it was hurting but that made my stomach turn and I was running to the bathroom I pucked it right back up I brushed my teeth and hair and then got my shoes on the boys walked out the best they could Ashton said "you don't look good at All." I said "I'm fine let's go." Ashton just shook it off and I headed to the car and got in Ashton was driving I helped the others get in luke said "Dana we got it." I said "are you sure?" He said "yes I'm sure." I got into the car and we drove to school I was drinking a lot of water but my stomach chose not to accept it I pucked once I got to school Ashton said "ok you're going home." I said "no I'm fine I can make it." He said "Dana you're sick." I said "no I'm fine I'll see you after school." Ashton sighed not wanting to argue my friends said "you look like hell." I said sarcastically "thanks. I feel like it too." Lindsay said "then why did you come in?" I said "because it gets my mind off of everything that happened."

Then Nicole walked over and said "damn girl you look like hell why did you come in?" I said "because it gets my mind off of everything that has happened." I kept on drinking water all day but it kept on coming back up and same with the gaterade and lisa said "you should really go home and when did you become buddy buddy with Nicole." I said "I'm fine and after the incident she came over and told me something and it turns out her dad is dug." She said "didn't see that coming and you're not find Dana just go home!!'" I said "no this is were I have a little bit of freedom don't get me wrong I love the boys but they are really protective over me now but I'm always the one watching out for them too." She sighed then the day went on it was almost last period I got up to go to the bathroom when I felt really dizzy and I fell to the ground passing out.

Luke's pov
I was in the studio when my phone rung I answered it and the lady said "is this Luke Hemings?" I said "yes this is him how may I help you?" She said "your sister Dana is here with me in the hospital she passed out in the middle of class she has a really bad case of the flu she isn't awake yet." I said "I'm on my way." I hung up and Ashton said "its dana right?" I said "yeah she's In the hospital she has a bad case of the flu." Ashton said "I knew it we'll meet you over there once were done." I said "ok."

Then I walked quickly to my car since I couldn't run yet I got to my car and drove to the hospital I called my parents and brothers they were on their way I walked in and the reception said "in room 204." I said "thanks." Kind of sad that she knew who I was right away. I walked into her room the nurse said "she should wake up soon she has a really high temperature and how are you feeling?" I said "sore but better thank you for asking." She said "that's normal."

Then she left I sat next to Dana's bed my parents and brothers walked in and said "what happened now?" I said "she has the flu and she passed out." My mom said "this poor kid we need to put her in a bubble." I chuckled and said "I agree." Then the boys walked in and she still wasn't awake yet.

Dana's pov
I woke up but didn't open my eyes because I knew I was back in the hospital it's like I live here and I said "Luke I'm awake I just don't want to open my eyes because of the bright lights." he chuckled and I opened my eyes slowly and groaned because I was back here I said "ugh why I'm I back here I said I was fine." Luke said "you have a bad case of the flu your not fine." I said sarcastically "oh great just my luck." The nurse walked in and said "how are you feeling?" I said "like shit." She said "we're going to keep you here for a couple of day's because you have a really high fever." I said "ok." Then she left my
Family left after awhile but Luke and the boys stayed with me but Ashton left to get me clothes he brought back clothes and food I goraned just the smell of food made me sick then I decided to sleep since I know that will make me better quicker.
