ASHLEY
I awoke on Lyle's chest with the covers pulled up to my neck. His hands were on my back as they made idle circles. "How long have you been up?" I asked him. "Long enough." He replied. "Long enough for what?" I pressed. "Long enough." He replied. I frowned. "Really Lyle?" He nodded and kissed my head.
I pulled away. "Seriously, why were you up?" He sighed. "Because." I rolled my eyes. But Lyle took my face in his hands and kissed me. His hands slid to my back again. I smiled against his lips, pulling away. "Lyle." I said. He rolled onto his side and pressed to me. I blushed.
I pulled away and chuckled softly. Lyle grinned. "I um, have to get dressed. . ." His grin turned suggestive. I gave him a flat, bored look. "Seriously." He sighed and stood. "Turn around." I said. He rolled his eyes and obeyed. I quickly threw on a random pair of jeans and a t shirt over my little lacy things. "Okay, you an look now." He turned and frowned slightly. "What?" I said, subconsciously brushing my hair back."I liked it better when you didn't where anything." I blushed and stormed out of the room.
I heard him laugh before he went to go shower. I didn't know if Jason still wanted me to some to work today; the building still was in pretty good shape as the fire department had come a few minutes after Stacy had. . . I clenched my hands into fists. I knew I shouldn't think about her, but I was hard not. My whole life, I'd thought she was just a racist white bitch. But she was so much more than that. So much more.
And now I regretted not getting to know her better just because of a stupid grudge of he sewer thing. I'd entered the room and was at my nightstand. I reached for my phone, but stopped when I saw it. The emeralds and diamonds seemed to glow in the morning light. The solid gold watch seemed to glow. I reached for my phone, but my other hand touched the watch first. I gasped in mock shock of the betrayal of my own hand.
The watch was broken and scratched up. It definitely needed a new battery. I would take it to the mall tomorrow. I picked it up and set my phone down. Use it only for dire circumstances, Stacy had said. I looked at it for a long time, until the door opened. I jumped and turned, holding the watch behind my back. I relaxed when I saw it was just Lyle. Well, I didn't exactly relax, because he was wet and his hair was tangled. My eyes went to the towel around his waist. I snapped my eyes back up to his face, and his lips were stretched in a smirk.
"What's behind your back?" He asked pointing to my arm.
Oh shi-
He walked to me and I quickly said, " its nothing! Just something I found." I bit my lip, praying he wouldn't press. But as usual, I was ignored and Lyle said, "what did you find?" I mentally groaned. "A watch." I said hesitantly. "Well actually, Stacy gave it to me." "Can I see it?" I nodded and handed it to him. His eyes widened and he blinked.
I took it from him. "Um. . ." I said awkwardly. He smiled at me. I turned away, my cheeks flaming. "So. . ." I said. He liked around, suddenly interested in the turquoise walls. I walked around him, mumbling about getting something to eat.
Once in the kitchen, I strapped the watch on my left wrist. The metal was ice cold against my skin, and I shivered slightly. The watch clicked and then-
Hello!
"Oh God!" I screamed, swatting the air. My name is- "What the hell?!" I screeched, looking around. Wow, that's some greeting, the voice said. "Who are you?" I asked, feeling completely and totally idiotic. Well, more than usual. I was still looking around furiously. Look on your wrist, dummy! I frowned, but looked at my wrist.
The watch was moving. It was spinning, faster than a normal should. Like way faster. Lyle walked in. "Are you okay? I heard you scream." "Yeah!" I lied. "Totally and completely fine." I gulped, praying he wouldn't- "You're lying."
Oh, he did it. "What? No I'm not!" I turned and reached into the pantry for some random spices. "Then why are you sweating so much?" Shit. "I'm sexually aroused," I snapped sarcastically. His hand slid around my waist. "Really?" I bit my lip and nodded. "Sure, yeah."
He nipped my neck, pressing behind me. I made a startled sound. The spices began slipping in my hands. I blushed as he wrapped his arms around me. The watch had slowed down to a normal speed and I watched as it sped to a stop.
Lyle brushed his hands on either side of my waist, sending shivers through me. I slipped from his grasp, walking to the pantry to put the spices away. I turned my head to him. His eyes were glazed over as they raked over my body shamelessly.
"Are you analyzing each and every way to fuck me?" I asked with a small smile. He grinned. "So what if I am?" I rolled my eyes. "Then you'll just have to try them all." Lyle's eyes smoldered. I let that smile turn wider. This time he laughed. A genuine, real laugh that made me smile wider. When he was done, he kissed the top of my head, leaving me dizzy for a second.
I smiled up at him and went back to retrieving the spices again. "What are you making?" He asked, peeking over my shoulders. "You don't know if I'm actually making anything. I could just be rearranging the spices in alphabetical order." I said, not looking at him. "Is that what you're doing?" I rolled my eyes and walked to the fridge to get out an onion.
He watched as I cut up the onions and- "So what are you making?" "Food." I replied. Sometimes Lyle could be a little annoying. Okay a lot. But I love him anyway. After I finished making the food, I went to the living room to sketch a picture. I drew my thick sister, my pale mom and my moderate to severe- kidding. My normal dad.
And then I drew several sketches of Lyle. Several. He wanted me for sometime, before getting restless. I stretched, easing out my muscles. He placed his hands on my shoulders and kissed my neck. I blushed. Not now Lyle. But he slowly lifted my shirt, his fingers brushing the skin that he'd exposed.
His fingers slid higher, playing with the straps of my lingerie. I smiled softly; he was tickling me! He gently bit me, his tongue caressing my skin. I leaned back, moaning softly. He was turning me on, dammit! As he kissed his way to my lips slowly, his cheek brushed mine, sending shivers shooting through me.
And then he pulled away. I turned to him and he pulled me to him. Lyle looked into my eyes, as his hands travelled to my breasts. He clenched his jaw as he squeezed slightly. I blushed, my hands furling in fists. He traced his nose down my neck. I bit my lip, watching as those hands slid under the very thin fabric of my shirt. As those hands slid across my breasts. I bit my lip harder, drawing blood. "Relax, Ashley." He said in my ear. I gulped and slowly released my lip.
He kissed me, his tongue swiping across the small cut. He pulled back long enough to remove my shirt. He kissed me again and slowly pulled down the strap of my bra. His lips moved against mine slowly at first, but then he placed his hands on the back of my neck and pressed my lips to his harder. I pulled at his hair, tangling my fingers in his golden locks.
He pressed to me and slipped his fingers into my jeans. I gasped softly; Lyle smiled against my lips. I blushed. He was breathing heavily as he slid off my damn bra. The watch on my wrist whirred as Lyle's finger circled my breast. In ever tightening rings. And just as he about to reach the tip of my breast, that hand decided to take a little detour.

I don't know why I chose this for the song and chapter title, but I like this song. Its a shame Selena Gomez can't sing! I really love her music!! She always seemed to have the perfect songs for the times she released them. But this song in my opinion goes with this chapter because Lyle wants to do it with her, but she's not ready. So he's like, "whenever you want to." But he's literally dyin inside😥!
I thought of a different song I should've used. Its also by Selena Gomez called The Heart Wants What It Wants. I like that one a lot!!!!!!!!!! I'm so extra.
That's all for today my peeps, adios😘!
