"A sea of truth may wash me away,
But the figure you've become doesn't seem to want to stay,
I drown in a sea of deceit, only to become my own worst fear,
The salted sea, burns deep into my pores,
Despite the feelings I have for you, I can't forgive, not only you, but myself,
Love has become a burden, onto me and those near,
I am a beacon, swallowed by death,
I can't distinguish whether I am going to sink or swim,
The waves keep pushing us away, always separating,
But fear not, I will find you,
Lover, hunter, friend, and enemy, you will always be every one of these,
And I've already accepted you for all eternity,
So what's a little pain, in the end,
If not for love?
Your demons aren't the ones I fear,
Because the only rival within our tale is inside me."
