Chapter One
She said 'yes.' That was the proudest moment of my life and the best word I've ever heard. This woman is to be my wife and I couldn't wait to tell everyone. The person I called first was my father, Lance. He had always seemed so fond of Alexandria.
He answered on the second ring. "Xavier, how are you, son?"
"I'm amazing, dad. I have something to tell you."
"What is it?"
Smiling brightly, I couldn't wait to tell him. "Alexandria and I are getting married." I squealed. Whoa! What the hell? Where did that come from? I thought before clearing my throat. "I asked her just last night and she said yes."
"I'm so happy for the both of you." He told me. "You should announce it." He suggested before I could reply he continued. "Actually, there will be a business party coming up very soon to celebrate your fifth year taking over the company. You should announce it then."
I hestitated a bit. I don't know how Alexandria would about this. "I'll discuss it with Alexandria before making any decisions."
"Good. The most important thing in a relationship is to remember that there's two people involved. You should always be open and respect your partner's opinion and feelings."
Before I could stop myself, I asked. "Does mom respect your feelings?"
The silence feel the air and I heard the static. "I believe she does." He answered. "Anyways, let me know what you're going to do; so I can have one of the girls set it up."
"I will." We hung up and I slipped my phone in my suit pants pocket before walking into my office.
-
Alexandria said 'Yes.' This woman is to be my wife very soon. The smile wouldn't leave my face as I sat at the head of the table in the meeting room. I was currently in a meeting about partnership and merging five percent of the company with the Mitchell Inc. I never agreed to it. My mother suggested it. She said since my intentions aren't to marry Trinity then to keep the Mitchell Inc as partners we should merge part of the company.
Right now, I'm supposed to be listening to their pitches of why I should agree but all I can think about is my fiance.
"-And, that's another reason why you should merge with Mitchell Incorporated."
Shaking my head as I tried to pay attention. Clearing my throat, I looked up at lady who was speaking. She was almost like a clone of Trinity and it's made my stomach churn. Her red skirt stopped a little higher than her mid-thigh, which is very unprofessional. She had a red blazer and from the looks of it she didn't have a shirt underneath which made me shake my head again. But, she couldn't compare to Alexandria not in the slightest bit.
"At this point, I'm feeling a bit indecisive. So, why don't we reschedule another meeting and I'll decide then."
"Fair enough, Mr. Reins." She purred, causing me to grimace.
No thank you. Not interested was what I wanted to say but I had to keep it professional. "Meeting's over." I stood up and left out, leaving my secretary and personal assistant, Amy Sawyer, to close up the meeting room.
I'm glad I had the meeting set up thirty minutes before closing time. I rushed to my office and packed my belongings up in my briefcase before leaving out. Locking the door, I quickly made my way to the elevators. I couldn't wait to see my fiance. I'm taking her out on a date tomorrow. Just because you have the person you want doesn't mean you have to stop working hard for them.
By the time I made it to the parking garage, my driver, Tyler Fuller, was already waiting on me. He nodded his head, curtly towards me and I mirrored his gesture. "Good evening, Mr. Reins."
"How are you, Mr. Fuller?"
"I'm well, sir." He opened the back seat of the black Rolls Royce.
"Thank you."
"My pleasure, sir." He waited patiently until I was fully in the car before shutting the door.
I placed my briefcase on the seat next to me before leaning back, sighing. He had a long day and it felt great to just relax. Mr. Fuller got in on the driver side and took off. "Where to, sir?"
"To my residence."
He nodded his head and focused on driving, which I was grateful for. I was definitely not in the mood to talk to anyone other than Alexandria.
-
The drive only took about twenty to thirty minutes and I manage to think about my woman the whole way. Mr. Fuller opened the back door for me and I thanked him before getting out, grabbing my case. I instantly frowned when I didn't see Alexandria waiting for me at the door. She had done that for the past few months.
Unlocking the door, I walked into the quiet house. Clenching my eyebrows in confusions, I looked around. Her car is outside but where is she? I know she's off work.
I walked up the stairs and made my way to my room before slowing my pace when I heard the shower water running. Smirking, I opened the room door and began stripping down.
I walked into the bathroom and my smirk grew when I seen the outline of her beautiful, dark goddess body. I felt myself getting hard just by watching. As I made my way to the shower, I could hear her softly humming which almost sent me over the edge. Sliding the shower door open, I chuckled as she quickly spun around with her hand over her chest.
"Gosh, Xavier, you scared me." She took a deep breath before I watched her eyes lower down my body before a smirk arose on her gorgeous face. "What do you think you're doing?"
"I'm about to have shower sex." I answered, raising my eyebrow.
She let out a loud laugh. "You're funny." She leaned forward. "I told you I'm celabit. I wasn't joking." She bit her bottom lip and my eyes instantly went down to it. "You might want to handle that." Before I could stop her, her hand smacked into my penis.
The pain was unbearable. I had blue balls for two days straight and it might not seem that bad but trust me... it was long and harsh.
Her giggles were all I heard before she slid the shower door closed right in my face. Damn, she's going to kill me with this celibacy thing. I don't think I can hold out until our wedding. What if it takes years to get marriage? I don't know if I can manage.
