[Epilogue]

"Kihyun I thought I told you to not touch my stuff!" Minhyuk yelled

"I didn't touch it!" Kihyun yelled back

"You're the only person who likes messing around with my stuff, who else would it be??" Minhyuk complained, still yelling

"Will you both stop yelling?" Hoseok said butting in on their conversation with an irritated tone and a pissed off face

"If the two of you are gonna fight all day, you might as well just leave!" Hyungwon deadpanned

It was always like this at the dorm. Ever since Changkyun died, all the members ever did was fight. It's like their unity and teamwork left along with Changkyun.

All the members became short-tempered. Anything can easily trigger them to get mad. Especially if it was connected to their beloved maknae.

"You are gonna pay for this." Minhyuk said, pointing at Kihyun

"Oh so when Changkyun used it, it's okay? But when I do, it's not?" Kihyun blurted out without even thinking about what he said

Minhyuk froze. All the members did. They all turned to Kihyun with an expression Kihyun can't identify.

Minhyuk stomped over to Kihyun and grabbed the collar of his shirt.

"Don't EVER drag the maknae into this!" Minhyuk said through gritted teeth

Kihyun just looked at him. Kihyun was not the least bit scared. He's seen this side of Minhyuk too many times that it doesn't scare him anymore.

Kihyun harshly tugged Minhyuk's hand away before fixing his shirt.

"Don't tell me what to do." Kihyun said lowly before walking away to his room

Jooheon sighed. He doesn't remember why they all became like this. Oh wait, that's right. Their maknae left them.

Jooheon missed Changkyun so bad and he wanted everything to go back to normal. He missed his best friedn. He missed his hyung's smiling faces.

He too has been hurting but he can't say anything to his hyungs. He knew his hyungs were in pain and he didn't want to add up to that.

It's been 2 months since Changkyun left but no one ever forgot him. Everyone was devastated. The Im Family, the fans, the company, and most importantly, the Monsta X members.

But they never forgot him. Changkyun never left their minds and their hearts.

Jooheon sighed for the 14th time that day. That's already the 96th fight this week and he can't take it anymore.

Jooheon stood up and went to the kitchen where Shownu stood near the fridge drinking a bottle of juice.

"Hyung... can I..... talk to you...?" Jooheon hesitated

Shownu looked at his dongsaeng before setting down his bottle, "Sure. What's up?"

They both sat down on the chairs around the kitchen island, opposite to each other.

Jooheon thought for a moment before speaking up, "I want this to end." Jooheon said with a sad voice while fiddling with his fingers

Shownu's eyebrows furrowed, "What do you mean, maknae?" Shownu asked in a confused tone

Jooheon looked up at his hyung with an irritating look, "Don't call me that. I'm not the maknae and I never will be." Jooheon said through gritted teeth as his hands turned to fists

He hated being called the maknae. That was Changkyun's job. It feels like he's replacing the maknae's position whenever he's called a maknae.

Seeing that the nickname made the maknae upset, Shownu's expression immediately turned to guilt.
