Pale pink as your cheeks, barbed as your exterior, but I see past that enigma of your tarnished cover.❞
一 Black ink engraved into the deeper layers of his skin, faded to a dull grey on the buffed surface. A date, a reminder always and evermore of the day Jeongguk determined to start his prospective masterpiece.
Two men, in no way equal equal, yet so resemblant. Both of them had bottles and guns, but using them dissimilar to the other. It was a difference between implement and fervor.
One of them sought to empty the bottle filled with liquor, lour at the bottom, and demand answers to all of the problems and questions; a huddle he could never solve himself, whereas the other's bottles were filled with a wide range of innoxious, colorful ink that was meant create permanent art on human bodies.
Yoongi used his gun as weapon, dispatching criminal existences in no time at all. It was nothing special to him, just an object filled with bullets, which he used to put his work into practice. Jeongguk, on the other hand, passionately suffused the needle at the tip of his tattoo gun with color, obtaining the feasibility to push the fluid deep under the skin where it was supposed to stay for life.
To sum it up, both had the prowess to make unmodifiable changes in a person's life, be it good or bad. It would definitely also have an effect upon someone else, not only the directly affected one.
This golden opportunity was eventually presented to the tattooist as the brutally cold officer set foot in his tattoo parlor; a pristine, porcelain canvas stretched over his dainty physique. The artist knew it was breakable without any great effort, and he craved to collect the fragments afterwards just to lock them away from anyone's reach.
And for Yoongi? Well, it was hard to resist a foolish bad boy who's a good man, deliberately hiding that incongruous side and putting himself in prison by choice.
