"it's scary seeing you balter." you scoffed, rolling your eyes away from your dance partner.
"well, you're definitely not any better." seokjin snapped, his words turning you beet red in colour.
it was now time to choreograph, a common thing in mr choi's classes. he starts off his lessons by teaching something new and he expects his students to understand by the end of each lesson.
he makes them prove their skills by asking them to choreograph by incorporating what was learned in class.
although you tried keeping your eyes off him, you had the urge to look his way and laugh your ass off.
"just laugh. your face is turning purple from holding it in." seokjin huffed, striking his ending pose, which made you erupt in unglamorous snorts.
your dance was easy. it required stepping around and moving your arms so you did not worry much. but seokjin, well, he wanted to be over the top by making his really outstanding.
"you look like a chicken." you mocked. "a fabulous chicken." seokjin corrected. "yeah okay whatever." you rolled your eyes at him, a smile crept onto your lips.
"
two minutes left, kids!" mr choi reminded, tapping at his watch. you repeated your dance moves with a serious face. "you look stupid." seokjin stifled a laugh.
"oh, are you sure you're not looking at a mirror?" you retaliated. the students surrounding the both of you mouthing to each other. "damn, she smooth as hell." you heard someone say which made you smirk a little.
"fight! fight! fight-"
"what's going on here?" mr choi asked, pushing past the crowd of students. "he made fun of me." you started. "and she teased me back!" seokjin pointed at you.
"because the both of you caused a commotion. i select you two to present your dances first." mr choi snickered.
"this is all your fault." you glared at seokjin. "nothing would've happened if you didn't talk back." the both of you were shooting daggers at each other by now.
you went to the middle and performed your choreography, shyly. mr choi clapped when you were done, as a way to say 'good job, you did well'.
then seokjin went, trying his best to not look as stiff. surprisingly, he did great. he improved so much since his first year in the academy and that made mr choi proud. "great moves, seokjin." the teacher gave a thumbs up.
seokjin, being the asshole he was, teasingly winked at you.
