"Val? Val! Val!" Kate shouted. "Where could she be?"
"I think I know one place where she could be at." Aria thought. "I have a secret way of tracking her. Weird. It says she's at... Noreatlas?!"
"No way. She couldn't be." Kate disagreed. "Could she? She said that she couldn't fight him alone."
"Great. We have to find her, fast before Abomination does."
"Ok, let's go. I'll superspeed us there." They dashed to find me. To be honest I actually needed their help. Aria and Kate can sneak us out. I missed them and I have never felt more regret than ever. Meanwhile, while they were coming to help me, I tried to be as discreet as possible.
"Psst. Hey, it's me." I whispered.
"Valerie? What are you doing here?" a girl said to me. Her name is Melissa.
"Look, there's this monster named Abomination and he wants mutants to come to him."
"So you came over here to tell me that I should die in front of this monster?"
"What? No! I'm saying that I'm here to rescue you because I need your help defeating him."
I stole the keys before I can into the cell part of the building. I used them to unlock the others. Crap! The alarm went off, oh well it was time to free every single person from modern hell. I never thought I would be the one who saved thousands of people from being held captive in a prison and some of these were kids too. Then in a shifting motion, I turned into one of the guards.
"Ok now listen, if you can turn invisible then grab on to at least three people around you then slowly sneak behind me. I will distract the guards. When I give you a signal then run really fast." I explained. I'm so nervous. Here we go...
"Sir! The mutants have escaped their cells. Come on the chief wants to see us." a guard said. Damn it! Ugh I just realized that I have to confront my dad for putting me here in the first place. This is gonna be scary.
"Alright, let's check the cameras shall we?" My dad demanded. He saw me in the cameras but he didn't know it was me. I deeply sighed, nerves and guilt were rushing through me so quickly. Another guard said,
"Sir, that looks like... Valerie Robinson."
"No." He was disbelief. "She was locked up with the others. How could she possibly escape from her cell?" Ever heard of cold sweats, thats what I'm feeling right now. I'm hot because I'm in this thick layered camouflage suit and the cold is nerves and guilt. Oh my God, is he some kind of mutant bigot? He is such ass. Does he frickin hear himself? I did what I had to do. I grabbed the gun then...
"Stand down! Hollow, put. The gun. Down." He yelled. "Now!" I transformed back into myself. All were in shock.
"Hello, sir or should I say DAD!" They all gasped and murmured. "Surprised to see me?
