The Bad Boy Stole My Heart

chapter 1

Beep!! Beep!!
That's officially my alarm. As I wake up I remember I have a hell to get back to......school. I sit up and stare at my toes before getting out of bed.

I head to my mirror, I stare at myself as I look like Medusa. I hop into the shower, quickly brush my hair and drop in a pair of jeans with a white buttoned up shirt.

I rush downstairs with my back hanging on my shoulder, grab a slice of toast and say my goodbyes to mum and dad.

I get out of the house and meet up with my best friend Maya. I get into her car and she drives us to school.

I check the clock and its 7.30, we got here quick..it's my senior year, I wonder if were getting any new students this year
"I hope you did your homework Emily" Maya says snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Off course I did." I respond.
"Good girl, you know I'm gonna copy from you right?" She says with a smirk and a wink.

We arrive in class and surprisingly were the first ones there. We take our seats and I hand Maya my English homework. She copies up the important notes and   finishes right after the bell rings

Miss Winters walks in class after everyone else.
"Good morning class, before we start I would like to introduce our new student. Adrian Jackman"
I finally look up from my homework and meet his eyes. My ow my, his hair is black, slightly curly its messy but that's what makes it so sexy!!! he has  light skin and amazingly buff arms. He's wearing jeans with a white T-shirt topped off with a black leather jacket.

"Hello?????" I notice Maya calling. " I see someone has being day dreaming" I ignore her and get back to Miss Winters who shows Adrian to his seat right next to Zoey who is totally exited to be sitting with him. Before he sits down Maya raises her hand and says"Sorry Miss, I volunteer to trade seats with Adrian"

Miss Winter looks really surprised but Zoey doesn't look so pleased. She asks Adrian if he's okay with it and he agrees to Maya's proposal. Next thing I know, Maya is there and Adrian is here. Suddenly I feel a little conscious of what I'm wearing. Really should have dressed up better.

From the corner of my eye I see Adrian looking at me.
" Hey sweetheart " he says. "Hi" I reply he doesn't seem so pleased that we didn't make eye contact but I ignore him and listen Miss Winters who's giving us an assignment. "Okay kids, you and your partner have to read the first ten chapters of the Great Gatsby and write a summary of it plus write down what you've understood/ learned. I'll be back in a second"

Miss Winters steps out to get the books from the library and comes back in 5 minutes she calls one person from each pair to get a copy. I decide to go since I know Adrian won't. As I'm getting out of my seat, I trip and land into Adrian's arms. I meet his beautiful Brown eyes, they have a spark right there he smirks and gives me a little wink before helping me up. I suddenly let out a breath I didn't even know I was holding

I get the book and after 2 minutes the bell rings. I meet up with Maya as we head to history. " So, how was it with Mr Handsome over there? I saw you guys had a moment " I shove her in a joky way and continue walking to History.

After I finished all my subjects I head home with Maya. She lives right next door. Her mum died when she was five years old during a break in. She was told to hide under the bed and watched her mum defend them both but the robbers were impatient and shot her, she saw it all. After her dad found out, he became an alcoholic. When Maya finally turned sixteen, he left her and went overseas, he comes occasionally but never stays.

I arrive home and let out a breath  of relief. " Mom I'm home" I shout out but no response. I head up stairs and hear a laugh coming from my parents room. Dad must be home early. "Dad? Is that you?" I walk over and open the door with excitement only to dicover my mum is in bed with another man. I feel Like I was just stabbed on my heart. " Honey, I can explain " I don't listen to her but just run downstairs with heated tears running down my cheeks. I go over to Maya's and tell her everything.

Maya tells me to calm down and gets me a glass of water. After I do so she tells me, we need to let go and have some fun. He hands me a red miny dress and tells me to put it on. I foolishly obey, she let's down my hair and does my make up. She also changes. She wears a blue miny dress. After she's done with her make up we head to the car and she drives us to her dad's bar. Ow yeah her dad ownes bars in five different countries and they're actually not that bad. Its an expensive bar so you dobt find drunk people all over the place.

We get in and order drinks. As I'm drinking, a tall man walks up to me " Hi there, I'm Miles. Now what is a pretty lady doing here alone?" I loom at him with confused eyes and turn to look at Maya only to realise she ditched me. I look back at him and respond. " Hi I'm Emily "
"Nice to meet you Emily. So... Is it a break up?" I laugh " No just a few problems I gotta solve" he looks at me confused but just smiles. He's blue eyes twinkle he's has a mixture of brown and blonde hair, he's wearing Kakis and a blue t-shirts. I can see Hus muscles flex every time he takes a sip of his drink.

After u finish mine I order another and another. I start feeling dizzy and feel strong arms carry me. I don't concentrate on who its is so I let my  eyes  shut down

In the morning I wake up and realize I'm not in my room, I have a pounding headache. I look beside me and see Miles. I look under the bed and notice I'm only in my bra and underwear.
Oh no!! What have I done????
