10 reasons why I'm still single

Reason number four:

Grade school year
It's funny. I have always felt lonely back then. I only have one or two friends and they would only spend four hours with me each day.

Teenage year
That's when people started going out, having their first kiss and all that..
But for me, that was when I first had a crush on someone and got heartbroken.

Freshman year
Who would have thought that the older I get, the lonelier I would feel. But that doesn't matter. I've seen couples hugging, kissing; but that never gets to me.

Recently
I don't know anymore. All these people... were they being nice or were they just teasing me? I'm now experiencing mixed-emotions from all the thoughts.

Conclusion
People tend to love more as they grew older, they would have more experience and become much more friendly. But why doesn't this happen to me?
People always tell me that I'm growing up, I should be prepared for the future and I will soon get married. But others would say that I'm still young, I should live according to my free will, but then I should not start a relationship too soon.
