*TRIGGER WARNING*

As you guys know, I used to cut.

It's been 8 months since I have, so I automatically say it's been 8 months with out self harming, right?

Wrong.

A lot of people think self harming is just cutting, but it's not.

Used to, and I still do it sometimes, I would self harm in different ways:

•Turn the shower on as hot as it can, so my skin will turn red and it burns.

•Sit in the 20' weather, with out a jacket or blanket, until I'm shaking and my lips are purple.

•Digging my nails into my skin, and scratching my arm until it looks like it was scraped across concrete.
(That usually happens when I'm stressed, or having a bad panic attack)

There are other ways, and those are some of them. Why?
Because we feel like we deserve it.

When really, no body does.

I isolate myself, because I think I deserve to be alone. But people love you.

I'm sorry...
I'm trying the best I can, for everyone.
