chapter 4: today's the day

Caroline's pov
When art was over me and mark had gym together so i went to my locker and grabbed my cloths for gym. When i got to my locker,emma was there. She was giving me death stares. I was getting scared and did my code and she came up right behind me and said the same thing like last time " surprise bitch" and emma and her friends beat me up. My lip was covered in blood. I had a black eye and then i blacked out.
Marks pov
I was on the way to gym class but then i heard something. It was emma and her friends laughing at someone on the ground they said " haha look at the bitch on the ground already blacked out dont go near mark again or else next time we will kill you. Lets go girls " they left then i saw who was on the ground. It was............caroline. I made sure emma and her friends were out of sight then ran to caroline she had some cuts and brushes and her lip was covered in blood. I picked her up in bridal styil and carried her to the nurse. I saw 2 and i went in and said " can you take her i have to do something." they nod and take caroline on the couch thing then i ran straight for mr.clark or are  principle. He asked. " hello mark is there a problem?" and i answer saying. " yes Caroline Fagundes got beat up and she blacked out. The people who did it was emma f,chole w , and Amanda s." he nods and he leaves and befor he left i asked him." can i stay with caroline until she wakes up?" " yes ill call all of your teachers to let them know not to give you and caroline any makeup work." i nod and i go to the nurses office. I see caroline with tear stains on her face. It was 2ed period and i see gym class pass by the office and Caroline's freinds saw me with her and they say " good luck" then 2 mins after gym class went by mr clark came in with emma,chole,and Amanda.  Mr clark asks " are these the people who did that to Caroline " i nod my head and move out of the way. Mr Clark broght them twords caroline and screams at them." DO YOU SEE WHAT YOU DID TO CAROLINE. YOU DONT KNOW THIS BUT SHE IS IMPORTANT TO THIS WORLD. IM CALLIMG YOUR MOTHER'S AND TELLING THEM WHAT YOU DID AND YOUR SUSPENDED FOR 2 MONTHS NOW GO!" i was surprised mr Clark cared but i wonder what he meant when he said caroline is important to this world. Ill ask her maby 2 days after this.
