The Way We Met

There was 15 minutes left until Shawn was done with his break and he was coming back on stage to sing.

Yes I was at a Shawn Mendes concert. I love him so much he is the reason my heart beats.

Of course I was with some friends, we all had awesome make up and hair done.

My outfits consisted of denim shorts, a grey cropped tank top, gold adidas, and big white fake nails.

My friends were busy making a poster. I realized I really needed to pee.

"Guys I need to pee, I'll be back."

"K, hurry you have about 10 minutes!"

I ran out of the arena, looking through my phone

I was almost at the bathroom, when someone smashed into me hard. My hand-well nail hit my head. Then the phone in my hand flew across the hallway.

The man held out a hand.

"I'm so sorry I wasn't looking where I was going." He apologized.

"No it was my fault I was rushing and looking at my pho-" just then I noticed that I was talking to Shawn Mendes.

"Oh um, Wait you're Shawn Mendes?! What are you doing back here?" He looked scared.

"I had to run to the bathroom real quick because the other one was out of order... um you are bleeding a lot on your forehead!" I placed my hand on my face feeling a lot of blood.

Oh man. This is really bad my friends are going to kill me.

"Here come with me, we have a first aid kit in the back." He walked fast down the hall and thought some door for employees only.

That's when I noticed we were back stage of the concert.

"Hey can you please help this girl, I bumped into her by accident?" He smiled at me.

"Thank you so much! You are so kind!" He grinned then looked at his watch.

"It's no biggie. Hey I have to perform in 5, so it'll take too long to get back to your seat, so you can stand on the side of the stage." I couldn't believe this and everything was going crazy inside of me.

"Really you don't have to it's no-"

"No I want to, please I actually want to talk to you after."

This was crazy, he was much more taller in person and so damn cute.

"Thank you so much, I can't say it enough!" He waved then ran to his manager yelling at him.

I was blushing so hard, and I finally let out the breathe I was holding in for so long.

This is seriously the best thing that's ever happened in my life.

I got all cleaned up and someone led me to the side of the stage where Shawn was.

"Hey wish me good luck!" He grinned nervously at me.

"You don't need it you'll rock the house, but good luck!!" I gave him a reassuring smile and he ran on stage.

The roaring screams of hundreds of teenagers just my ears. How does Shawn put up with that?

The concert was awesome, I sang along to every song, waving my hand around. It was like living in a dream.

He finished and ran off the stage waving.

"Hey how did I do?"

"You did amazing!!! The best I've ever heard." I couldn't stop smiling.

"Thanks! So now follow me." He winked at me.

We went to his changing room.

"You can sit on the couch do what ever, make yourself comfortable."

I decided to sit on the couch, while Shawn closed the door.

He looked at me then paced around the room with his hands on his neck.

"Shawn." He still walked around the room deep in thought.

"Hey, Shawn!" He stopped and looked at me for a second then sat next to me.

He placed his hand on my thigh and scooched in close to me.

"So hear me out. Do you believe in love at first sight?" What was he taking about?

"Yeah, defintley!" I couldn't stop thinking about his hand on my thigh, it sent electricity though my whole body.

"So erm. I think I might be in love with you... I mean damn when I saw you in the halls after we had our incident. I just I don't know, you made me really nervous and butterflies were going wild in my stomach. I felt love." I was mind blown.

"You love me? Me?! Really? Nooo. Hey would you like me?" How could he?

"You are just so damn beautiful. You just do something to me... can I kiss you, I've been dying to for the whole night?" I was so shocked I almost couldn't get any word out. So I nodded.

I didn't know I nodded yes until his lips were on mine. It's like while world turned upside down in a good way.

He worked his arms around my body. I put my hands on his cheeks. It was amazing!

He pulled back, with wide eyes.

"Wow." He whispered, "I really am in love with you."

It was almost like I was living in a fairytale.
