We pull into the drive way but I'm so excited to see my new room and meet my new family i can barely contain myself i burst out of the car before my stepfather has stops completely and run up to the front door "No one is home" my stepfather yells angrily from inside the car, minutes later Carter steps out of the car and opens the front door with my stepfathers house key,as she opens the door we both are in aw and can not believe how beautiful this house is. Hours have passed me and Carter keep are selves occupied by unpacking all of the dishes and silverware, finally the moment comes, My new family is walking up the driveway I cannot decide if I'm nervous or excited so i just go with both.
I hear the front door "click" as the key is being turned, Carter says in a faint voice "What if she doesn't like us", "She will" , I reassure her "She has too".
