Waking up, all I feel is excitement. Im not really bothered about the fact that I didnt really sleep much.
When I sit up, I peek into his room, but he is already gone.
Last night he told me that he has to be early in school, because of some more organization stuff. But he promised me that he will be there as soon as I arrive. Just thinking about spenting some more time with him makes me smile.
Yesterday was great and I honestly cant wait to see him again. Also putting some extra effort into my outfit, hair and makeup.
While Im doing that, I want to listen to some music on my phone. So I look for the pants I was wearing yesterday. Its not there. Also checking my jacket, but its not there either.
I get lowkey worried, lifting my blankets and pillows, but theres no phone.
"You done?" Colin peeks his head into my room, looking me up and down.
"Have you seen my phone?" I asks, he just shakes his head no.
"Come downstairs in five minutes. So we can leave" He says and closes the door again, but I follow him.
"Are you sure that you havent seen it?" I walk all the way down with him.
"Yes, Im sure" He says and walks into the kitchen.
"If you have it, could you please give it back. I need it in school" I say, watching him ignoring me.
"I dont have it" He says and walks away again.
I roll my eyes before I walk back upstairs to grab my bag, hearing that Colin is in his car, honking. Already annoying me.
He could actually manage to ruin my entire day, before it even has started. To prevent that I decide to just ignore him till I leave. So thats what I do, the entire car ride.
"Have fun" I hear him and seconds after that, I close the car door behind me. I cant believe that hes still keeping my phone, knowing damn well that I probably need it. Since I dont even know how to find my way back home from here.
When I look up my mouth agapes a bit. There are so many people and the school looks damn huge. Everyone is walking with someone, while I stand there looking for Shawn, but hes nowhere to be found.
Slowly I walk behind the other people into the building, being lowkey intimated by everyone.
"As soon as we are inside, we need to walk up the stairs and then turn left" I hear a voice, then an arm lays over my shoulder.
I look at him pretty confused, which he could absolutely tell.
"Sorry, was that too much?" He asks and backs away a bit. "Im Nolan by the way" He adds and stretches his hand towards me.
"Uhm, hi" I say and shake his hand. "Im Y/N" I say, still pretty confused.
"Youre new here right?" Nolan asks, having me nod. Then he holds the door open for me before he follows inside right behind me.
"Thanks" I mumble. His blue eyes light up for a second.
"If you couldnt tell already, we are in the same class" He explains.
"I figured that, thanks. But how did you know that?" I ask.
"I have never seen you before. So I figured that" He shrugs. "I could be absolutely wrong though" He adds. "Lets check that real quick" He adds onto that and walks with me, to what looks like the black board, which is full of Lists.
"And yeah, we are in the same class" Nolan says, not being pretty surprised about the fact that he was right.
"So, youre like Mister 'I know everyone in this school'?" I ask, lifting my eyebrow at him. He laughs, having me smile too.
