Elaine's POV
As Logan was carrying me I noticed the scars on his body and how there were fresh wounds too. It makes me wonder what did this to him and how it could happen to such a nice guy.
"Elaine... I'm sorry you had to go through this, I promise this is the last pain you have to go through." Logan said quietly.
"You guys are some of the only people to look out for us, our parents are never home and the people at school are lets just say not so nice to people who are different then them, and you guys are really nice," I replied with a smile.
"The people at your school know nothing about kindness and personality, which let me tell you both you girls have with is good when you are a vampire." he said
" How did I become a vampire because I have only memory of staying in the basement, except when I met you. That was the only time I was out."
"You became a vampire, or at least started the transition to one when you were 1 year old, you were left alone on the street with your sister and some vampires found you. Lets just say they didn't plan on keeping you alive for long, that was until my 'brothers' and I followed the sent of fresh blood to the place you were being kept. We took you, took care of your wounds and put you on the orphanage steps. They took you in without even reading the note we put with you which said 'We are Ann and Elaine, we are twin sisters and were found on the street we need a place to go because our parents aren't able to take care of us. Please send us to a good family who will always take care of us. Thank you.' They only read your names then throw away the note.' He replied to the question as if he was going into a flashback.
By this time Carlos, Ann and James were coming out of the house and walking to the car with hurried steps knowing Kendall could come at anytime. They didn't know that I now knew the story of how we became the way we are now living.
My eyelids started to get have and before I fell asleep I muttered "Make sure Kendall gets was coming for him." and I was out like a light bulb.
