Why is he still here?

"Why did you broke up with him?" He repeated.

"It was the best. I hurt too many people."

"Eva, I am your friend and I want that you are happy. Are you happy?"

I stared at his eyes, he stared at mine;
he could read how I feel.

"So why did you broke up with him?"

"Because I love him and I don't want that he will get hurt. I don't want to be the girlfriend, who takes him in danger."

"So you want to be unhappy instead of being in a relationship with a boy, you love?"

"A boy who is toxic."

"I think you are the toxic person in your relationship."

"What do you mean?"

"That you are making everything so complicated. Just be together with him. Forget everything. Forget what people would think, forget the fake friends who doesn't support you."
He sighed.
"I support you."

"You are mad, Isak."

"Mad doesn't mean that I don't support your relationship."

"You don't like us together. Chris and Me."

"He really likes you. I think he is the right one for you, and not for Luna."

"There is Adam."

"Fuck him. He is an asshole."

"What?" My eyes wide open.

"He hit Chris. He is an asshole."

"So you care about Chris?" I knitted my eyebrows.

"I always care about my best friend's boyfriend aka their mannen i mitt liv."

"I adore you guys. You and Even." I smiled bright. "And by the way, I am hoping that he doesn't get mad, if you come home late."
I pointed at my watch.

"Oh, shoot! I have to go."
Isak mumbled.
"But Eva..." He turned back to me and looked me in the eyes.
"Don't lose him. Do everything to be together with him. And if he doesn't want you back, then I will talk with him."

"Isak." I rolled my eyes. "It's better when I am single."

"Watch out, if he really loves you, he won't give up, to get you back."
He said and left.

I sighed and went home too.

wednesday - 7:45 a.m.
before school

"Do you want some sugar in your coffee?...
Hello?...Miss?"

I shrugged and looked at the baker.
"I am sorry. What did you say?"

"I asked; do you want some sugar in your coffee?"

"Yes please."

I payed and went to the table where Noora was waiting for the coffes, which I just bought.
"Yours." I handed her cup.

"Everything okay, Eva?"
Noora noticed something.

"Yes. I am totally okay."
I mumbled and took a sip from my hot coffee.

"Is it Penetrator Chris?" Noora licked her lips.

"Christoffer. His name is Christoffer."

"Okay, chill. What happened?"

I sighed. "I broke up with him."

"Are you crazy?! Why?!?" Noora stood up and we caught everyone's attention.

"Fy faen, Noora. Sit down." I rolled my eyes.

"You did what?!?"

"I broke up with him." I repeated and took another sip from my cup.

11:59 a.m.
lunch time

"Eva! Did you already saw Chris today?"
Vilde whispered to me.

I looked to Vilde; "What is with Christoffer?"

"I heard that you guys broke up. Maybe I shouldn't tell you that, but..."

"But what?" I asked.

My heart suddenly started to beat fast.

"I saw Luna, before school, with Christoffer."

I got a headache.

"She gave him flowers. Probably as a little present, because he just left the hospital. And they hugged and all these things." Vilde mumbled.
"Seems like that they are together again."

I swallowed my spit and just sat on the table, without any reactions.
It was like someone just stabbed my heart, spitted on it and broke it.

So he was never really in love with me.
Because if, he would try everything to get me back.

"Eva." Sana said.

I didn't replied.

"Eva." She tried again.

Again no reply.

"Eva, hell! Someone is standing behind you and the person wants to talk with you!"
Sana snipped with her fingers in front of my face.

I turned my face and saw my ex-boyfriend.
