(OC) Tom x Female Jesse (A Pack of Noodles)

[Third Person]

The sunrise showed from the horizon as the birds sang their favourite songs. It was 1 pm when Tom finally made his choice to go out to shopping. This week being his exam week, he had to work all day and night without even eating. Finally with her mother's advice, he convinced himself on how he worked so hard and he's ready. Tom finally allowed himself to eat things. Stepping outside after a long time, he covered his eyes to avoid them burning from the strong light of the sun. He couldn't guess it would be this hot, he had a black hoodie on top of his usual white shirt and jeans. He let out a deep breath and threw his hoodie away, he's not going outside with that on. He looked at his one pair of boots and being a student, there wasn't any choice. He put them on and locked the door before walking towards the shop. It wasn't too far away so he got there within 3 minutes of walking.

The moment he got inside, Tom slowly exhaled with the coldness of the store, it was a pretty good chance to run away from today's hot weather.

First thing came to Tom's mind was buying a pack of noodles and chocolate, so he did. But when he reached for that one noodle that left in the building, another hand touched his which made him tense. "What the-" He looked up to see a girl with black raven hair and green eyes studying him. "Who are you?!" they both exclaimed in unison. Tom looked at their hands, they both had a good grip on that one pack of noodle. "Oh.." the realization hit the both. "Look, I really need that noodle." The girl tried to pull it out of Tom's hands, but he didn't give it away. "Sorry, but I'm dying of hunger. I haven't eaten in I don't even know how many days." Tom spoke as he pull the noodle to him, but he glared at the stubborn girl when he noticed she's not giving it up that easily either.

"I'm a student." Tom pulled.

"So am I!" Girl resisted.

"I have finals!" Tom shot back.

"SO DO I!" Girl shouted.

After getting all the attention in the store they accidently teared the package apart which ended up falling and spreading everywhere. Some people laughed at their act, and they just froze up. The black haired girl scoffed and looked at him. "My meal!" she said, dropping to her knees.

"Uh-oh. I'm not wasting my money to buy something I can't eat!" Tom said as he looked towards cashiers.

"Run." he warned.

"What-?"

"Aren't you a student? If you want to waste your money than fine!" He said as he run out of the store. After getting over the shock the girl followed him. As she tried to fix her overalls, a car almost hit her, if it weren't for Tom.

"Woah, easy there!" he exclaimed. There was a small moment where the two just looked at each other in the eye, Tom examined the emerald eyes and the galaxy behind it, until the girl pushed him and got out of his grip. She shook the dust out of her clothes and scoffed.

"No problem." Tom had the sarcastic tone in his voice, which made the girl glare at him. "Amazing. I won't be able to eat anything now."

"You have a chocolate in your hand.."

Tom looked at his hand to see the chocolate he grabbed earlier. "Did I just shoplifted without knowing..?" After a while of confusion, he noticed the girl looking at yhe chocolate while licking her lips. Tom immediately felt bad, she said she is a student too after all. "Here." he said as he handed the chocolate bar to the black haired girl. She threw her hair to her back before refusing the 'food'. Even though Tom insisted, she didn't accept it. "Why are you doing this? You suppose to be angry at me." she said, one eyebrow raised. "Well, I am. Kinda. But still, I understand you." he opened the small package of the chocolate bar and broke it in half, handing one of the pieces to her. "We're gonna need a lot of energy if we want to study like that." The girl hasitated a moment, but took the 'food' from his hands. Tom watched her as she took a bite, looking a little regretful.

"It's no problem." he chuckled. She didn't question it. They walked in the same direction for a while, and finaly the girl spoke. "Jesse."

"Hm?"

"My name.. is Jesse."

"Cool name."

"Heh... Um.. I'll just go over there. And, thanks."

Tom watched as Jesse left, smiling to himself and showing the chocolate into his mouth.

The voice of the ringing bell made Tom sigh in happiness. He finally got what he wanted, after all those times he worked his but off, he knew the exam results were going to be good for him. As he walked out of the classroom his eyes spotted that Jesse girl he met before, but the raven haired girl looked pretty sad. Did something happened? Maybe she failed the exam? He decided to talk to her.

"Hey..?" she looked up and saw him. Her eyes were watery and her face was pale. A little tear dropped from her beautiful emerald eyes before Tom catched with his thumb, wiping it away. He pulled his hand away, the soft hair strands going around his fingers.

"It sucked."

That was the only thing came out of her cherry lips. Tom watched her as she cried so softly, he wanted to embrace her but he just couldn't. He had this fear of falling.. for her. So he patted her back, giving her a confident boost before walking away. Right then a hand touched his, then a pair of lips to his cheek.

"Thank you.. I hope we will meet again." Jesse whispered softly before getting lost in the crowd, leaving a red Tom.

"My fears, they came true."
