Field hockey tips for newbies

I am a offender for field hockey and I will give you some tips

1. Make sure to have your curved side torwards you and be prepared.

2. Make sure to stay in the wings (sides) or the middle

3. Make sure to comunticate like for example through: straight up flat: across and etc.
