For the people at defense

. Stay in your angles
. If one side moves the other goes in the position they were (if someone moves forwards the field then the person to the very right moves up to where they were if that makes sense)
. It seems easy but it's just as hard and can be pressuring. Because you are the last line until the opposing team reaches the goal
