****AUTHORS NOTE: So you might notice a change in name, that's because I felt it no longer fit, and it was being used in another one of my stories, Our Moment.****
Through five boring classes, came sixth period. Adam and Connor were in this class along with Jen and Kennedy. So of course they saw it as their chance to at least talk to them
Kennedy sat in her spot after changing out, sixth period was P.E and heath. Jen soon walked out to the gym and sat in her spot across gym. They started doing sign language across the room, or what they called sign language. It didn't matter to them if it made sense as long as they knew what they were saying. Which really was the point because they were talking about Connor and Adam.
The teacher told everyone to stand up and look around the room.
"Just how well do you know all of your class mates?" She asked and everyone continued looking around, puzzled.
"Exactly," she said. "Today will begin the true test of how well you actually get along with the opposite sex," the class froze. Then everyone started talking at once, yelling profanity and inappropriate jokes to their friends.
"Silence!" Mrs.Jones shouted. Immediately everyone was quiet. Kennedy's mind was racing. A project she had to do with a guy. Jen was simply eying Adam and he was actually eying her back. "Lucky!" Kennedy thought. Jen looked at Kennedy then glanced at Connor who was looking at her all ready. She saw him then looked away blushing madly. She mouthed OMG to Jen and she just nodded happily.
"Okay class now I have picked your partners," the whole class sighed in dismay and then Mrs.Jones continued.
"Anyway, I will now announce the partners," everyone looked panicked. She called names two by two, slowly people stood up finding their partners and soon there ware only six people left. Kennedy, Jen, and Rose for the girls and Adam, Connor and John for the boy's.
"John and Rose, Adam and Jen, and Connor and Kennedy." Everyone looked at who they were paired up with. It was as if there was no one else in the room but them. Until if course the bell rang dismissing the school for the end of the day.
Jen was getting her stuff when Adam walked up to her.
"So, my place of yours?" He asked wrapping one arm around her waist, she just stood frozen and taken back.
"Well here's my number," he said slipping a paper in her back pocket, shivers ran down her spine and the a action left a tingling sensation through her body.

Meanwhile Connor and Kennedy were getting somewhere as well and it appeared this place was his car.
"So, you wanna hang out at my place?" Connor said taking Kennedy's bags for her.
"Sure, just let me text my mom." She felt lame having to do that. Her mother would be furious if she didn't let her know. She simply told her mom she was going to a friends house and she'd be home at eight. "Details aren't important" she thought. An eighteen year old should no have to explain herself. Hell, the only reason she told her mom is because she still lives at home.
Connor waved his hand in front of her face, as she was just staring at her phone blankly.
"So, ya coming?" He asked.
"Yeah," she said reaching for her stuff back.
"No, i'll carry it for you," he said smiling at her, she blushed madly at how nice he was being. They said goodbye to Adam and Jen, who made plans too.

"When do you want me to call you?" Jen asked through stuttered breaths.
"You could just come home with me." It occurred to Jen then, Adam and Connor are a year older. They really do have their own places. They live on their own. She was scared now, in a house He must have noticed her panic.
"Shhh, calm down there babe," he spoke softly in her ear, sending chills up and down her spine. She finally turned to face him.
"Oops, did I call you babe already? How rude of me to assume you would accept such a gesture," he said not missing a beat. She looked at him dumbfounded.
"Why are you so quiet? Well okay, my fault here, will you be my girlfriend?" He asked smoothly. Mentally Jen was freaking out, on the out side she relaxed her muscles and smiled softly.
"I would love to be your girlfriend" she said.
They locked hands and waved goodbye to Kennedy and Connor who to Jen looked like they were getting somewhere as well.
