The bus ride took forever it seemed like, but Levi dodnt seem to mind. Eventually though, the bus came to a stop and Levi waited for me to get off so we could walk to his house to build the small structure for that project. "Do your parents know you're with me?" Levi asks. "I texted her, yeah," I let my voice trail off as the clouds grow darker by the minute. I can feel a few of the cold droplets fall onto my skin. However, the few droplets turn into a downpour of rain. Levi pulls my arm and drags me to a tree. "Hope you're okay with waiting it out, hopefully it doesn't get too bad," I just nod and pull my legs to my chest. Levi had a calm but stoic look on his face. His look softened and a small smile crept onto his face. "Y/n?" Levi says, a bit of question in his low voice. "Yeah?" I turn my head and smile as I look into his cold silver eyes.
"Im sorry, for yelling at you this morning," his smile turns into a small frown as he looks down. "Hey, don't worry about it, it's no big deal," I wave my hand around and give a small chuckle.
"I just...have a difficult time channeling how I feel," he says as he looks straight ahead with heat rising to his cheeks. "If it's okay to ask, how exactly do you feel?" I try my best not to stutter. "Well, I think you're really pretty and smart. I just have this weird feeling to get to know you and be around you." he sighed in relief. "I dunno, it's stupid," he spat as he frowned again. "No it's not!" I defend him from himself. "Besides..." I held my breath. Is it too soon? Yes. "I really think you're great too. I wanna be around you too, so let's do that. Lets hangout sometime other than school related things," damnit, I'm such an idiot. Another smile comes to Levi's face as he stands up. "I'd like that a lot," the rain stopped and we started to walk again. Someway, somehow, Levi and I laced our fingers together as we walked down the damp pavement. We talked and laughed, shared the occasional awkward silence. It was so weird, but so perfect. It wasn't long before we actually had to do something though. He and I both wanted a good grade on this dumb project.

A/N sorry its such a short chapter, i know. I just wanna prepare you for fluff and stuff in the next few chapters! Love you all!
