After hours of karaoke, everyone fell asleep. Ryley wakes up on Santana's couch in Puck's muscular arms, listening to his loud snoring (and others). Puck's hand rest over Ryley's stomach, which is just about at the 3 months mark. She smiles to herself.
"What are you smiling about?" A voice startles Ryley. It's Santana.
"Nothing." Ryley says.
"Oh, I know you. You're smiling about Puck junior in there." Santana says and points to Ryley's stomach.
Ryley unwraps herself from Puck's arms and sits next to Santana. Santana has Brittany drooling on her left shoulder so Ryley sits on Santana's left.
"Brittany looks so attractive when she sleeps." Ryley says, sarcastically. Santana laughs and pushes Brittany's head off her shoulder.
"Okay, I love Brittany since she is my girlfriend but she isn't an attractive sleeper." Santana jokes.
"My boyfriend isn't an attractive sleeper either." Ryley says, pointing at Puck who's snoring and starting to dribble.
"Look at Kurt and Blaine." Santana says and they both look at the two guys who are cuddled up close to each other. They both 'aw'.
"Some people look so adorable when they sleep." Ryley says.
"Not Berry though." Santana mumbles. Ryley looks at Rachel, who is wrapped up in Finn's arms and has her mouth wide open, snoring.
"I can hear you two." Rachel says, closing her mouth. Rachel rubs her eyes and looks at her friends, who are laughing. She unwraps herself out of Finn's arms and sits up.
"Oops." Ryley says and her and Santana continue to laugh.
"Thanks for waking us up." Kurt says, sitting up.
"Yeah." Everyone starts to say.
"We tried our best to stay quiet but we couldn't cause you guys were both unattractive sleepers and cute sleepers." Santana says.
"What was I?" Puck asks Ryley
"Not very attractive." Ryley and Santana say and laugh together.
"Me, San?" Brittany asks.
"Let's just say you drooled on my shoulder but I forgive you since your my girlfriend." Santana says and hugs Brittany.

One week passes. All the graduated New Direction members are getting ready to leave Lima or stay in Lima. Puck goes to car to head over to Ryley's house one morning. He backs his car out of his drive but doesn't notice the large truck zooming down his street....

Ryley sits at her desk, checking out random websites on her computer. Her phone rings. It's a call from an unknown number. She picks it up and presses the answer button.
"Hello?" Ryley says.
"Hi. Is this Ryley Bridges?" The womans voice says.
"Yes. Who is this?" Ryley asks.
"I'm Noah's mom. He's been in a car accident." The woman says. At those words, Ryley's heart sinks.
"Where is he?" Ryley asks.
"I'm at the hospital right now. He's with the doctors." Puck's mom says.
"I'll be there as soon as possible." Ryley says.
"Seeya soon." Puck's mom says.
"Bye." Ryley says and hangs up.
She leans back in sadness after she puts her phone down. There's a knock at the door.
"Come in." Ryley says.
"Do you wanna- what happened?" Rachel says as she walks in. She sits on the bed and Ryley turns her chair around.
"Puck's mom called. He's been in a car accident. I have to go to the hospital." Ryley sobs.
"Oh no. Don't worry, you won't be going alone. Finn was coming over and so was Santana but they can come with us to see Puck in the hospital." Rachel says.

The doorbell rings and Rachel leaves Ryley's room to answer it.
"Finn! Santana! Change of plans. Ryley just got a call from Puck's mom." Rachel says.
"What happened?" Santana and Finn say at the same time.
"Puck has been in a car accident." Ryley says from the top of the steps. She walks down the steps slowly.
"Let's go. We'll take my truck." Finn says and they all go into Finn's truck to the hospital.

Ryley rushes through the entrance. She NEEDS to see him. Her one love is injured.
A woman walks up to him.
"Hi, you must be Ryley. I'm Noah's mom. Noah speaks about you a lot." The woman says.
"Nice to meet you." Ryley says and smiles.
"Don't worry. I know your pregnant." Puck's mom says.
"How'd you find out?" Ryley asks.
"I have my way." Puck's mom says and smiles.
Ryley laughs.

Ryley walks down to Puck's room at the hospital. She sighs then opens the door. She walks over to Puck's side and grabs his hand. He looks lifeless and it scares Ryley.
"Puck, can you hear me? I love you and don't leave me now! I need you and so does our child. Don't leave my life." She says and leans her head against his bed. She cries.
"Squeeze my hand if you can hear me." Ryley says.
He squeezes her hand and twitches. Ryley sits up and strokes his cheek.
"Nurse, he's moving!!!!" Ryley shouts. The nurse rushes in followed by Puck's mom, Rachel, Finn and Santana.
