ELSA'S POINT OF VIEW

The guard was walking so fast I had to run to keep up with him. His grip was hurting my arm and I tried to pull away to release some of the pressure but it was pointless. We came to a big, decorated door that had king and queen carved on it. My parents were on the other side. At the thought of them knowing what happened, causes my palms to sweat. Again I try to pull away but he secures his grip on my arm and gives me a hard shake. The knock on the door sends shivers up my spine and through my body. A voice that sounds like my mother replies to the knock allowing us to come in. She looks up from her book as my father enters from another room. He eyes me suspiciously. But I keep my head down, not meeting theirs. "Your majesty." The guard replied, as he bowed, dragging me with him " your daughter has caused a lot of trouble in the castle. Not to mention it happened by her magic." My mother gasped sharply, dropping her book as she stood up fast. My mouth went dry. This is not gonna go well. You see my parents hired a few servants to keep an eye on me to make sure this exact thing didn't happen. If it did, they were supposed to report it immediately. " What!!! Elsa you know your supposed to keep your magic a secret." My.mother scolded but I knew she was worried by the shakiness in her voice. the guard still had a tight grip on my arm. Why won't he let go of me I thought but without thinking I smacked him as hard as I could with the back of my hand. He grunted, and released my hand. "You can go!" I snapped sharply showing him to the door. Both of my parents gave me a look of disapproval! Really, he doesn't need to be here. It's a private conversation! My dad grabs me underneath my arm and sets me down in a chair. I feel my cheeks getting warm. He arches his eyebrows and turns to the guard. "Thank you for your service. We can take it from here." With one final bow he left without a word. The sun shines through the window and the glow bounces off my platinum hair! It's my turn to speak but I can't think of anything good and believable to say. I just wish I was normal and free! Just fly away from here, from this situation! I feel something touch my shoulder. I jump while my hand slips off the chairs arm! Ice shoots from it and freezes my dad's shoe. "Elsa!!!" He bellowed dancing on one foot trying to remove it but it already froze into his skin! This couldn't get any worse. Oh wait, it probably can. "Elsa, your magic is getting way out of hand. So we are-" I cut him off before he can finish" it wasn't me that made the mess down stairs. It was_ uh_ Jack Frost!" Their blank expressions burn in to my skin and I have to go on to make this more convincing. "He visited me in my room and explained how he could try and help me with my powers! So he took me out today to show me how but things just got, well, out of hand" I hesitate and my chest aches from fear. "It was all HIM" my voice rises at the end and I breath heavily, feeling my pulse in my throat. I wait for the scolding to begin. There has to be scolding. I focus my eyes on them as they continue to stare back. My dad shakes himself out of his own daze and kneels down beside me. He reaches into his pocket, revealing a pair of snow white, gloves. I realize I'm sitting on my hands but I don't bring them up. But the look he gives me, causes me to bring them up halfway. He slips them over my hands. They have a soft feeling to it. I do feel protected wearing them but my stomach sinks. I stare at my hands, so small but destructive. "So you don't believe me about Ja-" I was cutoff by my fathers hand pushing me towards the door. "Honey, Jack Frost isn't real. He's just a imaginary person in a story book I read you at night" my mother explains, stroking my hair. No this isn't true! It can't be! Why are they doing this to me. Plus they don't even know him. Tears swell up in my eyes but I quickly blink them away. "Listen Elsa. We are going to have you stay in your room until we figure out what we are going to do! No one comes in or out. Especially you" he scolds pointing a finger at me, gently. Great. Now I'm going to spend the rest of my life in a locked room. I get rushed out but catch a glimps of something In the shadows. Was that jack or was it..... OH NO!!!
