HEY THERE! THIS IS THE FIRST STORY THAT I HAVE I ACTUALLY FELT LIKE I NEEDED TO SHARE ON MY PAGE SO I REALLY HOPE U GUYS ENJOY IT. I've always been that type of girl where no one really expects much from. And that's the person I still am today. Well at least I think so.

"Tina!" my mother yelled

"Coming ma!"

My family and I used to live in the states but after what happened a year ago my mom decided that we need a break. I mean our house that my mom bought before we left is still sitting there it's all paid for so all its doing is sitting there right now.

I walk down the stairs into the kitchen where my mom is currently making omlets, pancakes and bacon. My mom likes to go all out when she's preparing us food cause she really feels bad that she couldn't do that for us whiles we were in the states. She thought me how to cook whiles I was young so I can basically whip anything up for you.

"Morning ma. How was ur sleep? " I asked

"Great how was urs?"

"Fine. Per usual. Where is Jacob?"

Our family consists of my mom, my younger brother and I.

"Can you not fuss over me asshole !" Jacob says as he walks down the stairs with heavy steps.

"Young man how many times have I told you to stop using profanities in my house?!"

"Sorry ma." He says apologeticly

"It's ok. Come sit down the both of you." Mom sighs "I have some news to share with you"

"What ma?" I ask suspiciously

"Well you know how I said we would be only staying here for a year?"

"Yea? me and Jacob said in unision

"Well it's been a year and since my job only gave me a year, we have to move back."

"Wait WHAT?!" Jacob and I practically shout at the same time

I mean I love the states and my besties the but I can't face going back to high school with actual living b people again. Ever since we got here my mom decided that Jacob and I needed to catch up on school so she placed is in virtual schools. So I took junior year online and Jacob took 8th grade online.

"Calm down" my mom says "you know I only said one year and Jacob gets to start high school from the beginning so that it's not all weird for him and you get to finish high school."

"I know ma." I sigh "you know I am already socially awkward and after what happened last year my awkwardness is stronger."

"It's okay things will work out and if you don't finish high school in the states then it would be really hard for us to get you in the college you want and the bright side is you get to see Jenna and Rachel again."

"Yeah but I will miss Zenatta."

Zenatta is my best friend here in Water island, US Virgin Islands.
Speaking of Zenatta I have to tell her to unfortunate news.

What is this horrible news that you have to wake me up at 8:00 am

I can practically see the scowl on her face from here and that put a smile to my lips. How I'm going to miss her.

U know how I said I was only staying one year

Yea.. oh ur leaving OMG we have to like have a huge sleep over party godbye thing I am coming over RN!
