The Indecisive Heart

Chapter 4

~a few days has passed~

Dragging your feet as you walk to school your eyes begin to water up, all you could think about was Baekhyun. A million thoughts would rush through your head everyday,  sometimes they were memories, sometimes they were questions for him, and sometimes it was the things you wanted to do when you found him. You look up and see Kris ahead of you, you notice the corner of his lip is bleeding.  "Kris wait!" You yell while trying to catch up to him, "What happened? Your lip... its bleeding", Kris gives you a cold look and keeps walking. You let out a sigh and just follow him to class. While in class you see Kris sleeping, you grab a band-aid and walk over to him, leaning closer you put it on his lip but as you walk away you get light headed and collapse. Kris wakes up and sees you lying on the floor, within seconds he picks you up and rushes you to the nurses office.

"Baekhyun, don't leave me. Please... don't go. I... need you." Baekhyun smiles at you, you try to go to him but he seems to get farther away. Just as you blink he vanishes from your sight, "Baekhyun!" You open your eyes and begin crying,  Kris runs to your side trying to comfort you. "Eunji-ah don't cry it was just a bad dream, don't cry Eunji-ah." He says with a warm tone. You burry your face in his chest crying while he held you, after awhile you fall asleep holding Kris's hand.

~Kris~

*What's wrong with her? Why would she do that to herself?*

》》FLASHBACK《《   

"Will she be okay?"

"She will be fine. Make sure she eats something everyday even if you have to force she must eat. If it weren't for you it couldve been more serious. "

~end of flashback~

Kris looks at you then rubs his head *does that mean she's starving herself?* he looks at you trying to figure it out.

You begin to wake, the nurse comes you with a smile, "You're up?"  

"Ne... Um, why am I in here?" You confusingly ask. "You collapsed,  a young man from your class carried you here. Is he your boyfriend?  He stayed by your side for awhile, don't worry he went back to the classroom to get your things." You sat in the bed trying to remember what happened but the only thing you remembered was that dream. Kris walks in and rushes to your side, "Are you okay? Does it hurt anywhere?" You shake your head "Ani... Kris gomawoyo..." Kris just smiles and helps you out the bed, "Are you strong enough to walk?" You smile and nod your head, he wraps his arms around your shoulder and guides you as you walk. After awhile of walking he takes you to a bench to rest, at first you both are quiet then he began talking. "My real name is YiFan, Wu YiFan, but you can call me Kris if you want. I'm Chinese... I    learned Korean at a young age that's why I sound like a native." You look at him as he continues to talk, "Are you really okay? The nurse said yo-" he stops himself and gets quiet, you cut in, "Ah, mianhae if I worried you. I've been really sick for awhile that's all", you didn't want him to know you weren't eating.

*She's lying...* After a while of walking you arrive at your house, Kris waves goodbye and starta walking, "Wait" you say while grabbing a paper out, "What is this?" He says while looking at the paper. "Its my number, text me when you get home. Kris annyeong!!" You wave at him causing him to smile. As he walks home he constantly looks at the paper and smiles at it, he looks at his hand and a smile sneaks onto his face as he remembers you holding his hand while sleeping.

~15 minutes later~

*I'm home... -Kris*

You grab your phone reading the text then reply,

*Araso, sleep well, see you tomorrow~~^^*

Staring at his phone phone he jumps when he gets your text then smiles, he stares at it until he falls asleep.
