We Meet Again

Atsushi's POV~~~~

"ASENA-SAN!!!!" I yell as she fell to her knees and looked at Akutagawa and smiles at him while more blood spilled from her mouth.

"I'll see you all in hell." She says then she fell forward and my eyes widened as tears hit the corners of my eyes.

"ASENA-SAN!!!!"

I then open my eyes from the nightmare I was having and had a terrified look on my face as I looked around the room I was in.

"Where...am I?" I ask myself then sweat poured down my forehead.

"I see that you've come to, brat." Kunikida comments then I look at him as he was reading a book.

"Kunikida...san?" I say.

"Damn, I can't believe you pulled this during such a busy time." Kunikida tells me and I just laid there with my eyes still widened.

"I was...attacked by the Mafia." I say then I remembered the moments of when Tanizaki-san,, Naomi-san, and Asena-san all died.

"I remember now!" I exclaim then I sat up and looked at Kunikida.

"Kunikida-san, where are Tanizaki-san, Naomi-san, and Asena-san?!" I ask him.

"Calm down. They're all okay." He assures me.

"Are you...sure?" I ask him.

"Yeah. Dr. Yosano is treating Tanizaki right now next door. And Naomi already got treated." Kunikida tells me.

"What about Asena-san?" I ask him in worry.

"She's fine. That girl can withstand many injuries. She's seeing her older brother, Ronan, right now. He had just woken up."

Asena's POV~~~~

"Why'd you run into the Port Mafia, Asena? Didn't you know how dangerous they are?" He asks me and my eyes began to water as I held his hand in both of mine.

"Y-Yes, I knew how dangerous they were. But the others didn't know it was a trap, s-so I had to defend and protect them as best as I could. They were just too strong for me. I had disappointed Mom and Dad, greatly, Onii-Chan." I tell him and he smiles at me as he pets my hand with his thumb.

"Don't worry. You would never disappoint Mom and Dad in a million years." Ronan assures me and I look at him with watery eyes.

"I did, though! I was supposed to protect everyone I know with my life on the line! You disappeared when I couldn't do anything, Junichirou, Naomi, and Atsushi almost died! And you ended up being tortured by the Port Mafia! I am a disappointment to Mom and Dad!" I exclaim then Ronan slaps me across the face as he sat up.

"No, you didn't. If you did, you wouldn't be here talking to me right now. I was the one who disappointed Mom and Dad. I was the one supposed to protect you for all these years, not some guy that found you on the streets and took care of you for four years." Ronan says and I rubbed the slap mark on my cheek in pain.

"He's being serious about how I've turned out. He's becoming another manly figure to me in order to make sure I'm going in the right direction." I thought then I looked up at him and he stood up from off of his bed and stretches.

"However, Dazai-san did save you from going with someone else, even though he was only eighteen years old, I give him a thumbs up on taking care of a girl at such a young age. But I still can't avoid it how you ran to a man you didn't even know four years ago." Ronan says and I sigh.

"He's still the same as he was seven years ago. Still lecturing me on little things..." I thought then I say him pull up his pants and saw his bare back. It was covered with whip marks, burn marks, and claw marks from who knows what happened while he was there.
