And so the rebels went back to the future. Somehow they managed to change something in the hearts of men which eventually led to them acting against climate change; it prevented the horrible effects of global warming which they had previously allowed to happen. Thus the apocalyptic future as the rebels knew it, was no more. Do not ask me how, for I simply don't know the answer. The only thing I do know is that we are not given a second chance. Victoria, Jack, Nathan, and Kathryn had one, but we don't. And as a great writer once said: You can't go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.
