Chapter 5 - Arcade Fun

Liam's POV
"ARIAAAA, COME ON YOU TURTLE." I screamed which got a lot of attention from my surroundings. Aria huffed up and down trying to steady her breathing "fuck... you... dude" still huffing. I just laughed at her and opened the door of my car for her "Get in ma'am." Like the gentlemen i am. She got in without any complaints while i closed the door and ran to the other side. "Okay, today we are going to the arcade." Starting the engine while talking. "I'm gonna pay this time." she rummaged her bag, i think she is searching for her purse? "Ya about that... no" i laughed. She glared at me, and her glares were like fucking knifes thankfully they're just poking not stabbing. "Okay here we go!" Starting the engine and then off we go. I'm not gonna speed today not when i don't have my buddy to blame it all. Yeah, me and Alex we go way back, we liked to speed but everytime we get caught, i'd blame it all on him. Kind of a dick move but i ain't an angel.
5 minutes later
We arrived safely of course, it's me who is driving i am fantastic. I stopped the engine and ran out towards Aria's side to open the door for her. "I'm not dissabled you know, i can do it." She grumbled. "Just let yourself be swayed." I joked. She muttered something but i couldn't catch it.

We arrived at the arcade and i sprinted towards the cashier. "Hello ma'am i would like to buy a card." huffing since i was running. "How much would you like to fill it for sir?" Actually is it just me, but i'm getting kinda bored with a cashier's tone, it all seems the same. "100 dollars please." Smiling, i am polite. "Here you go sir." She said while swiping the car to show me it was 100 dollars. "Thank you!" While taking the card, i turned my back and to my surprise little ol' Aria was there with a pout on her face. I laughed and patted her head, messing with her hair. "Of course the hair patting, look at what you've done." Obviously pouting at me. I looked at her and wow she still looks cute, what the actual fuck that is not possible. "This is a mistake." I muttered under my breath. "What was that?" She asked with a concerned look on her face. "I didn't say anything." Laughing the topic off, i may seem insane but whatever. "I know you like DDR btw." I said while walking towards the machine. "That is my guilty pleasure..." with a look i couldn't really decipher. "I bet i can beat you." I said while swiping twice on the machine. "You are on fucker." She said with a huge grin.

When we faced each other, i must admit she is good at this game. This is my first time playing it, quite hard but it's fun as fuck. The game came to an end with me close to her score. "I BEAT YOU!" she screamed with a finger pointed at me. "Yeah you did, good job" i said as i happilly ruined her hair again. "Really again?" She grumbled. I smiled genuinlly at her, and that is my first time being happy pther than the time i spent with my bros. All the girls i dated, fuck they were bitches. Anyways "Whatcha wanna play next?" I said looking down since she is smaller than me. "I want you to teach me those driving games butttt can we take a photo in the photobooth?" She said blushing, yeah this is such a big mistake. I'm sorry Aria, everything is too late now. "Sure let's go." Pulling her into the closest photobooth and swiping the card to the machine. We didn't post weirdly, it allowed only 4 photos. The first one is her sleeping on my shoulders, 2nd one me sleeping on her head, 3rd one i had my hands on her shoulder, and the 4th one i was hugging her. The photos came out pretty good and Aria looked so happy. "Come onnn, teach me nowww." She plead. I pulled her to the racing machine sat her onto the seat and swiped the card. "Trust everything to me." I said while holding her hands and putting them on the game steer. It was pretty obvious that she was blushing, when i look at it i saw that she almost didn't wear makeup.

It was already night time so being the gentleman i am, i took her out for dinner. I got us to eat a expensive restaurant, not showing off. I have money more than what i need anyways, might as well use it. When we arrived her jaws dropped "No noooo nooo it's way too expensive her, i don't think i brought enough money." She said looking afraid? Not quite sure what that look is. "Who says you're paying." Laughing while getting out of the car, opened the door for her and held my hand out to help. "I'm not dressed fancy enough for this, and so are you." Laughing as she said that. "Nobody should give a fuck about how you and me look, we barely know them." well her not me, i'm famous as fuck. I held her hand as we walked to the restaurant's door. The door was opened for us and the waitress immediatlly took us to our seats, i'm not a regular here since i don't really take girls out for dates. "What do you want to order?" I asked her while looking at the menu myself. "I don't know, everyhting is really expensive." With a concerned face. "Don't worry about money, it's the least of my concern." i said smugly. "Well then i'll take this cordon bleu." closing the book as she said it. "No drinks? Nevermind i'll just order us a simple red wine." Flicking my hand towards one of the waitress.

Aria's POV
Not long after Liam flicked his hand a girl came to us and asked our orders. This girl is really disgusting, it's so obvious she is trying to get Liam's attention, everytime she talks she's purring. She keeps on making her chest hit Liam's shoulder, fucking disgusting she doesn't even know his name. Liam ordered what i want and what he wanted too and along with a bottle of red wine. I'm not used to this classiness to be honest. I'm quite rich, i just don't spend my money like this. "What do you think of this place?" Liam said, wrecking my thoughts. "It's really fancy, i'm bot really one with the crowd here i'm more to street food kinda gal." Whilst looking around. He scoffed and laughed in answer. "You take girls here?" I asked out of curiousness since he was popular, probably a lot of girls want to be with him. "No, only special ones." Smirking at me as he said it. I blushed so badlly, i am pretty sure my face is the colour of a tomato right now. Thank goodness the food came right after that, i couldn't talk back to him because he takes me as a bet friend i think? He probably does think i'm special, in a friendly way though i can only hope he sees me as a love interest. I am already thankfull enough he wanted to help me change myself that is more than enough. Instead he took me out to the arcade and then straight to this fancy restaurant. He could have just brought another girl that is actually worth getting. Actually scratch that, i don't know why most girls in our school are bitches, except Aly Cooper. She is the only girl that i trust in school, she's not as bitchy as me i don't know why she wants to be friends with me. "Aria?" Liam said softly while shaking my body. "Hah yeah?" I said looking upwards, oh shit i haven't been eating. "Are you okay?" He said obviously concerned. "Yeah, i'm alright was just thinking about some stuff." I brushed the topic off. "Mmmm okay then." He smiled at me. Awww his smile is soo cute.

"Bye Aria, i'll come to pick you up tommorow." Liam said as he pulled to my house. "Wouldn't that be a bother?" I asked. "No no no, i'll text u tommorow when i'm close to your house." He said. "Okay" i smiled as i went out the door. He waved at me and sped out of my complex. I stood in front of my doorstep, melting at how perfect today went. I wish this feeling could last forever.
