He latched his lips with her's , she was taken aback with his sudden act ,she started responding ,it was gentle and smooth ,her eyes watered as soon as she felt his lips on her's after a long time ,she felt soothing ,at that moment she forgot everything ,She forgot herself ,she forgot the universe ,before she was realizing anything which was going on , suddenly he broke the kiss abruptly ,he closed his eyes and held his forehead ,she could easily notice the guilt and regret on his face.
She forwarded her hand to hold his
"I am sorry " he chipped
"Sorry?! Like really ? Is that what you want to say ? "She said controlling herself from crying aloud
"No ...I mean " he stammered
She turned and was about to leave his room
"Where are you going?"he asked holding her hand
"I am feeling sleepy" she said not looking at him
"Can you please stay in my room tonight ?" He asked
Though she was angry on him that he regretted kissing her ,she still didn't wanted to lose this opportunity to spend time with him.
She nodded positively blinking her tears
"Please don't cry " he said
She again nodded wiping her tears
He smiled and sat on the bed and made her sit beside her
He looked at her tired eyes
"Are you feeling sleepy? I think we should sleep now " he said making her sleep on the bed but this time he didn't choose the floor ,he sat beside her resting her head on his lap
"Randhir please don't get married to Poonam" she said looking at him
He smiled and caressed her hair.
"Why are you smiling ? I am serious " she said in an angry mode
He smiled again rested his palm on her head
"Can we get married again? I promise ,I will be a good wife this time, please give me a chance " she said
"Sleep Sanyukta" he said
"Please Randhir ,I promise I will be a good wife and a good mother " she said
"You were a good wife sanyukta " he said
"No I was not ,I know it " she said "please give me a chance , please don't get married to Poonam " she said
He didn't answered anything ,she understood that he doesn't want to answer ,she smiled sadly and hugged him by his waist, he hugged her back and Pecked on her hair

Next morning , Randhir woke up due to the continuous banging on the door ,he noticed sanyukta sleeping peacefully sleeping beside him hugging him tightly ,he removed her hands and detached himself from her and she woke up abruptly
He didn't noticed that she woke up.
He went and opened the door of his room ,it was his mother , looking at her expressions , Randhir understood that she is not in a good mood
"You and Sanyukta stayed in the same room all night ? Randhir are you out of your mind ?" She said
"She was feeling very low and depressing ,she had cut marks all over her hand, I was scared ,I understood that I can't leave her alone, what if she tries to kill herself ? She tried it in the past too and you know how emotional she is ,I was really scared " he said
His mother took a deep breath " I know you still love her but what about Poonam and Samarth ,they have many hopes from you " she said
He lowered his head
She cupped his face " accept your destiny Randhir ,you and Sanyukta are never meant to be ,move on ,up to when will you crib over your broken marriage? You are still young ,you have lots of future ,Poonam is best for you" she said
"I think I am not really ready to get married to Poonam " he said
"And the reason is Sanyukta, isn't it ?" She said "Randhir , don't forget that Sanyukta destroyed your career and tried to kill you twice ,she was about to give away your daughter to an orphanage ,you still want to be with her ? You know even her parents are ashamed of her " she said
"Mom stop it ,what if she listens " he said
"Am I talking something Wrong? I am just telling the truth " she said
"I know what she have done to me and Sanra ,but that was past , she was mentally disturbed at that phase ,she wasn't thinking rationally ,it's not her fault" he said
"Exactly , Sanyukta needs some psychiatric help " She said
Just then they heard someone sobbing ,it was sanyukta ,as soon they turned towards her ,she ran and locked herself in the washroom.
"I will talk about this later " he said controlling his anger
"I know you must be getting very much anger on me but I am just concerned about you my son, yes I am selfish " she said
He turned and went towards the washroom and knocked the door
"Sanyukta open the door" he said
She didn't open and kept crying ,he pleaded her ,he shouted on her but still she wasn't opening it .he went downstairs and picked Sanra in her arms and again went towards the washroom and knocked it once again
"Do you want Sanra to starve ? See she is crying" he said . After a minute ,he heard the door clicking sound and he smiled
She came out and hugged Sanra
"Am I really mad ?" She asked
"Shut up " he shouted " you are fine " he said looking at her angrily
"No I think I am mad,I tried to kill you twice ,I attempted sucide many times and I tried to get rid of my own baby,I am surely mad " she said
He understood one thing clearly ,she was already very upset with the things going on in her life and his mother's words added fuel to her condition
He hugged her tightly, "just shut up sanyukta " he said
" everyone hates me ,I want to die" she said and he broke the hug and slapped her on her cheek
"Shut up sanyukta " he shouted "Dare you say that again " he warned her clutching her shoulders
She shivered looking at his eyes and the baby started crying .
