Chunnin Exams Part 1

~Jade's POV~

Once we got back from the Land of the waves Kashi and I went to the Hokage's office where we filled out the papers so Kashi is now offically my dad. We moved in together and its been going well so far.Since we have today off I decided to dress casually. I was walking around when I saw Naruto being chased by Sakura along with 3 other girls and decided to follow and make sure nothing bad happens. i was following and watched as a little boy I reconized as Konohamaru ran into a boy with purple face paint who looked like a cat and there was a blonde chick behind him with a large fan.

I sighed before walking over into view and they all looked at me as I approached kitten. "I sugest you put my friend down little kitty." "Oh and what if I dont?" "Put him down. Or i'll kill you." I said before teleporting behind him in a second and kicked him forward. He growled standing up before I felt chakra strings pulling me towards him and I smirked.

"Oh you think you've won? I hope you don't mind loosing to a girl." I said chuckling as my tongue shot out wrapping around his throat lifting him in the air  before throwing him onto the blonde girl. "W-W-What the hell are you?!?!" "Well thats not very nice kitty cat." "Kankaru your an embaressment to our village. Especially to our guests." A voice said and I looked to where it came from and saw a boy with red hair and sea green eyes surrounded by black mascara stuff and I started laughing trying to hold it in.

They all looked at me confused and in a second I was in front of him only a few inches away and was still trying not to laugh as I poked his cheek before being thrown hard into a fence near by by sand breaking it. "JADE!!!" I heard my team yell and I stood up coughing up blood before falling over laughing idioticly getting me strange glances from everyone.

"HAHA YOU LOOK LIKE HAHA A RED PANDA!!!! AND YOUR SAND HAHA IS SO TICKLISH!!!" I yelled trying to stop laughing and when I finally did I saw them leaving and teleported to in front of them.

"Hey thats not very nice panda!! Ok your new name from me is Panda!!! Cause you look like a cute little panda but super strong if you made me loose blood. I'm Jade West by the way." I said in front of panda boy again smiling before taking a step forward trying to look serious and the other 2 with him seemed frightened by me.

"One other thing. I hope we battle some time. Id love to see how long it takes for me 2 win. Don't worry though I wouldn't dream of killing my new panda friend!!" I said before waving and disappearing.

~Gaara's POV~

I watched as she coughed up blood from my sand's attack before bursting with laughter. ‘She’s laughing?’ I thought looking at her confused. "HAHA YOU LOOK LIKE HAHA A RED PANDA!!! AND YOUR SAND HAHA IS SO TICKLISH!!!" she yelled and I smirked at her.

‘Ticklish sand? Wait-SHE CALLED ME A PANDA!!’ I thought frowning again and used my sand to bring me to my siblings walking away when we were almost gone she appeared in front of us. "Hey thats not very nice panda!! Ok your new name from me is Panda!!! Cause you look like a cute little panda but super strong if you made me loose blood. I'm Jade West by the way." she said smiling and before I could tell her otherwise she came in front of me taking a step forward trying to scare me which I smirked inwardly at. "One other thing. I hope we battle some time. Id love to see how long it takes for me 2 win. Don't worry though I wouldn't dream of killing my new panda friend!!" She said and before I could get a word out she disappeared.

We continued on our leave when the pink haired girl started questioning us on why we were here but I was lost in thought of that girl. ‘Jade West. She took out Kankaru so easily. She fell over laughing from my attack and called me a red panda. But more importantly….Cute. She thought I was cute? She is different…I just haven’t decided if its good or bad yet. Either way she knew she could beat me even though she knew I wasn’t using much force in that attack? She promised not to kill me though. This is very strange though…Cute? Friend? New Name? And when she poked me she seemed to know id attack her once she did…She wanted me to hurt her! Was she trying to prove something? She didn’t seem scared more like cocky.’ I was taken out of my thoughts by the boy with the dark colored hair asking for my name. “Me?” Temari asked. “No. The one with the gourd.” “I am Gaara of the desert. I am interested in who you are as well?” “Saskue Uchiha.” I nodded before we left.

~Jade's POV~

I got home seeing dad in the living room reading his pervy book again but he looked up when he heard the door open. "Hi daddy! I met some new people today! Although one of them was a mean kitten and then his panda brother made me break a fence while his blonde sister was trying to flirt with Sasu-kun." I said and he looked at me weirdly before laughing and I joined in.

"Ok so are you fine now?" "Yes. But I think the boy is my new friend. I told him I'm gonna call him panda cause he's looks like a cute little panda. But his brother who litterly looks like a cat with his face paint and cat eared hoodie. But there sister was pretty although I think she's Sasu-kun's newest fan girl."

"Interesting....well id like to let you know before I tell the others that I recomended you all to the chunin exams!" He said and I squealed jumping on his lap hugging him as he chuckled messing with my hair.

"So what do you want for dinner? To celebrate my new friends and me becoming a chunnin soon?!?!" I asked sitting on his lap and he laughed.

"I have no doubt about that. Your definately not gonna loose but just remember team work. Don't let anyone hurt your teamates alright?" I nodded before running off into the kitchen. "I'm making Miso soup with egg plant and then rice balls for me." I said starting the food.

I felt like someone was watching me but when ever I looked no one was there. I sighed finishing up and set up the table and saw Kakashi reaching for it but I slapped his hands away. "Get into Pajamas first then we eat." He sighed before walking into his room and I went into mine before changing into mine.

Once I came back out we both ate dinner chatting with small talk before going to bed. I took a glance at our team's photo from land of the waves. I smiled before drifting off into a deep sleep.
