*Kylie

"You had sex!" Jess squeals.

I chuck a pillow at her head and Jovie cackles.

"I feel like a proud mom even though I'm probably gonna die a virgin," Jess sighs, falling onto my bed.

"You probably shouldn't lay your head there," I say.

"Uhh, why?" Jess questions, slowly lifting up.

Jovie smirks. "Cause, Bryan, laid his head there. If you catch my drift."

"Oh, yuck!" Jess gags.

"So, was it good?" Jovie asks.

"It was amazing."

"Goals!" Jess squeals.

Asher walks in with a bag of Doritos. "What's goals?"

"Kylie, lost her virginity last night!"

Thanks Jess.

"So I guess that means you're the only virgin left, Jess," Colton says, sliding through the door.

"Ow!" Colton screams as a shoe hits his face.

"Guys I got the pizza!" Bryan yells from the kitchen.

We all scramble from the bed and run towards the kitchen. Everyone fights for a slice except Jess, who's glaring at Bryan.

"Did you forget the ranch?" She asks.

"Ah shit! I'm sorry, Jess." He says.

"I need ranch to eat my pizza, Bry," She whines.

He pulls his keys from his pocket and hands them to her. "Take my car and get some."

She runs out the door squealing about how awesome Bryan's car is.

"Pizza with ranch is a disaster," Colton gags.

"You're a disaster."

"Thanks, sister."

The conversation is now switched to Colton and his baby but I'm not listening. A vibration in my back pocket breaks me out of my pizza daze. 1 message from Veronibitch.

Before I get the chance to read it, her name flashes across my screen. I glance at the others before excusing myself to the bathroom.

"What do you want?" I ask, sitting on the toilet lid.

"I want you to understand what it feels like to lose someone you love," She croaks out.

Is she crying?

"What is that supposed to mean?" I ask.

"I loved him and you took him away!" She screams.

"That doesn't explain this phone call," I say, picking my nails.

"Jesse's, been gone a while." She sniffs. "Someone probably should've went with her."

My heart drops into my stomach, creating a whirlpool of acid. Jesse's been gone for about fifteen minutes and the corner store is right down the block. My phone's sliding from my hand.
