Add Some Sugar

Chapter 6: Sunday Morning

I wake up and my hair is fluffy and  messed up. I still felt awful about not being able to sell any stuff of ours. I thought the kids our age would open the door, but no they are not allowed to have any splash of color here in their lives. I hope tomorrow they would want to buy some stuff.

I got up and rushed to get ready and today I decided to wear my yellow candy floss dress and wore a yellow gummy-bear clip, and a pair of yellow sneakers.  I curled my pink candy floss hair into gorgeous Marilyn Monroe curls. I sat on my couch waiting for my friends to come pick me up.

-Time skip-

an hour later I hear the horn honk and I jump to my feet to see if it was Creamilla and it was her and the girls. Before I rush out I say goodbye to my mom and then I hop into Creamilla's bubble gum pink mustang.

"so where are we going to day lovelies?" I asked while getting in the back.

Honey shouted in joy, " We are going back to Candy-Pop Mountain."

I dropped my lip gloss and gasped, I was extremely shocked not only that Peppermint Jack is lives there and he was the guy I had the hugest crush on. I bit my lower lip and my forehead was a little sweaty.

"Um, why are we headed there?" I nervously stuttered and made sure I looked good in case we ran into my crush.

"Because we need to shop till we drop and check out the juicy gossip," Creamilla said while focusing on the road.

"And we can all check out Peppermint Jack, however I prefer Cameron Sweet-tart," Candy bat her lashes looking into the distance day dreaming.

-Time skip-

"We have arrived girls, we are at Honey Bee's sugar shack," Creamilla cheered as she parked her car in front of the shop.

We all hopped out and locked arms while walking into the shopping shack. One we got in we saw juicy cute accessories and yummy cute clothes, I gasped at the sight of the store and my girls jaws dropped at how gorgeous the shack looks since we had last seen it. 

"Welcome to the Honey Bee's Sugar Shack," a familiar voice said.

I looked in the direction of where the voice was coming from, my jaw dropped wide and it turns out to be a very well known friend of mine from elementary.I was ready to cry in tears because I haven't seen her in forever.

"Oh my god Blue is that you!" I squealed, jumping up and down on my toes.

"Well, duh who else would I be pinky," She laughed, I looked down and notice she was wearing some new roller skates.

"New skates?" I raised a brow asking.

"Yep I never stop wearing roller skates, you know I like to roller blade," Blue hummed and blew a bubble from her bubble gum.

"Yeah, that is very true," I smiled.

Blue greets Honey, Creamilla, and Candy. "So are you girls looking for something new because sugars I got all the juicy and yummy accessories and clothes you need especially to attract celebrities, " Blue smirked at me, obviously all my besties know about my huge crush on Peppermint Jack. My face was hot and I felt like my face might be red.

"Let's shop till we drop girls," Honey shouted grabbing all of us into a group hug with a giant cheesy smile.

We all shared laughs then we rushed to try on all the juicy and yummy clothes and accessories, and ran fast to the dressing rooms while running past other customers and as we ran pas we can here blue shouting, " Don't run in the store!"

We kinda ignored blue because we were all super excited to try on some new juicy goodies the store has got today, everyday this store always has something new because the whole city of Candy-pop Mountain was drooling for these sugary goodies and people were always shopping here.

"Hey beautiful blue," said another familiar voice, I stopped running and turned around. It was another friend of mine.

"Hey Licorice," blue batted her eye;ashes in a cute like manner.

"Oh my god are you two flirting?" I teased as the two gazed into each others eyes and the snapped out of it.

"Actually we were thinking of getting together," Blue said flushed with red.

"Then go for it I support you guys, Licorice you better not break her heart," I said using both my fingers pointing at my eyes then pointing back at his eyes.

Licorice only laughed and went back to flirting with blue and helping her around the store.

I ran back to go try on some clothes and I got to try on several outfits. I knew that today is gonna be the best day ever, I felt it in my guts.
