Mason's POV

__________________________

"Umm...me...Mason...Yeah," was all I could manage as his eyes were still locked with mine. "I umm...have to go," I quickly stammered using every ounce of strength I possessed by not staring at his perfectly tanned and chiseled abs, and his 'V' on his stomach. If I stayed there any longer I would probably start drooling....

"Oh you do?" he asked. I detected a little bit of sadness in his voice, but I was probably just hearing things.

"Yeah, sorry," I said while quickly stuffing my book, towel, and headphones into my bag. Wait why am I saying sorry? Where aren't friends, he wasn't even sure if he had my name right just a few moments ago...was that going to sound weird to him? Oh well...too late now. "Bye Josh," I said while walking away.

"You know my name?" he called as I was waking away.

"You think I'm hot?" he asked with a little half smile showing some pearly white teeth.

Wow everything about him is so perfect...I froze, WAIT I SAID HE WAS HOT?!? "I mean...um...that's what all the girls say about you so, I mean yeah I know who you are but, I don't think your hot...Well I think your good looking for a guy like your not ugly or anything just...perfect for a girl?" Wow, smooth Mason...now he thinks I'm mentally insane.

"Oh..." he said a little defeated.

Wow I need to get my ears checked because it sounds like he wanted me to think he was hot. After a little awkward silence I backed away slowly,"Well Josh, its been nice talking to you, I really have to..." I started saying, but didn't get to finish because some little boy accidentally through a pool ball

at my head, and the next thing I know I tripped and fell into the diving pool. "AHHHHHHH," I yelled while falling in. I start thrashing to keep my head above water but, I sank like a rock-Go ahead laugh at me, I'm 17 and I can't swim, ha ha-. I was drowning...
