"Punk," I called coming out of Paul's office. He turned around and gave me a smile.

"Hey, princess. How did it go?" he asked.

"Um Punk can I talk to you outside for just a moment?"

"Yeah," he said unsure.

We walked outside of the building and I looked at him.

"What's a matter?" he asked.

"Um Punk I got an offer from WWE," I started and I saw his face go pale. "They offered me a contract and I'm going to take it."

"You're going to take it?!" he yelled. "Who else got one of these? Did anyone else get one?"

"Yeah. Cody Runnels," I replied and he looked at me. I didn't think I could handle it if I looked into his eyes so I didn't.

"You said you wouldn't leave me for anything!" he yelled. "You're choosing a contract over me! And to make things better Cody is going to!" he yelled.

"Punk we need the money," I replied.

"You said it didn't matter how much money we had, it just matter if we had each other. Did you not mean that?" he said and I looked at the ground. "Look at me when I'm talking to you!"

"I don't want to look at you, you jerk! You only think about yourself Phillip! It's always been like this! If you got a contract with WWE you probably wouldn't of even told me. You would of just left! Because that's how you work Phil! That's why I won't marry you! You only think about yourself!" I yelled starting to cry.

"I only think about myself?!" He banged his chest. "If I only thought about myself I wouldn't worry about you getting everything you need! I wouldn't stress over not being enough for you! I think about you too much and that's the problem! Maybe if I started thinking more about me I wouldn't hurt this bad!"

"That's bull crap Phil! You're just afraid that I'll leave you because you and I both know that I'm the best thing you've ever had," I replied. I didn't even think about what I said. I was just so angry at him.

"Listen here Char, I could do so much better than you. Girls like you are a dime a dozen," he spat.

That hurt. That hurt bad. I felt like my heart had just gotten ripped out of my chest and stomped on.

I didn't even say anything else to him. I just walked off.

"Yeah just walk away from your problems just like you always do!"

"Fu** you Phil!" I yelled.

"Why would I?! You already did that for me!" he yelled at me.

I couldn't take it anymore. I went back and slapped him in the face before running back into the building crying.

Cody sat at a table next to Nick Nemeth in catering. He was nervous about his match tonight with Charlotte because he never faced a girl before and she was tough. He didn't want to hurt her either.

Over the year he had been in OVW he had took a liking to her. Something about her just drove him wild. His dad liked her too. She reminded him of someone he once loved. Sadie Lee. Charlotte had the same dark chocolate colored eyes Sadie did and she had that same stubborn attitude that Sadie did.

Cody fell in love with Sadie back when he was a junior in high school. He remembered meeting her like it was yesterday.

"Cody, come with me to meet the new neighbors," Cody's dad, Dusty said.

"Okay dad. Let me get my boots on," he yelled from the living room.

Cody walked over and slipped his brown cowboy boots on that his dad had just recently gotten him at the start of the school year. He wanted to look good to start of his junior year of high school so his dad bought him a new pair of cowboy boots which seemed to be the trend in North Carolina.

Cody walked over to his dad who was talking to a man that was about 6'4 and 250 pounds. He looked like the average person who lived in North Carolina.

"Cody this is Rob Lee," Dusty introduced them.

Cody stuck out his hand for him to shake and he did.

"Nice to meet ya son," he said in a thick country accent. "Ya know I have a daughter your age. Let me see if I can call her out. Sadie! Sadie come here!" he yelled for his daughter.

"Ya need something pa?" she said in just as thick of an accent as her father's. She walked out onto the porch.

Cody thought she was beautiful.

She had honey brown skin and she was wearing a white dress with cowgirl boots. Her brown hair was pulled to the side in a braid. Her brown eyes shined and her lips were a light shade of pink and Cody craved to taste them.

"I want you to meet Mr. Runnels son, Cody," her dad said and she walked onto the grass.

"Hey I'm Sadie, nice to meet you Cody," she said and he could feel his heart melt.

"Nice to meet you too," he replied.

"Hey Cody why don't you go show Sadie around town with Ted," Dusty said.

"Do you wanna go Sadie?" asked Cody. "Me and Ted could show you all around town and help you get adjusted. By the way Ted's my best friend. Ted Dibiase jr."

"Okay that sounds great. I would love to go with you guys," she said to Cody giving him a smile showing all her beautiful white teeth.

"Okay let's go."

Cody hadn't seen Sadie for awhile now. The last time he saw her was when him and her had a fight about their career choices. She didn't like that he wanted to be a professional wrestler. She didn't want to seem him getting hurt, but that's what he wanted to do more than anything. That's when she left him.

Punk ran his fingers through his black hair and sighed. He was just so confused and angry but he never meant to make Charlotte cry. He didn't mean half of the stuff that came out of his mouth.

"A dime a dozen," he laughed sadly. "Yeah right. More like one in a million."

This was their first fight and most likely their last. She was heading off to sign a WWE contract and he'd be lucky if she even said goodbye to him before she left after what went down.

Punk just couldn't believe the harsh words he had said towards her. He never ever thought that anything like that would come out of his mouth towards her. He would of swore his soul on it if you asked him a day ago. He just couldn't help what he said. He was so angry with her and here he stood in a middle of the parking lot probably with a hand in print on his face.

He walked back into the building and tried looking for her but he only found that she was out in the ring pinning Cody. He decided just to leave because she wouldn't want to deal with him and he didn't have a match.
