Jennifer's POV
"Are you okay with that?" Gino asked from my back
Another typical day. Right here, working in the same coffee shop for something to pay the bills. I just wanted to go back to normal where the bills and the tuition for Ryan's school are my only problem and not about Harry. It's stupid...and it makes me irritated and I hate it.
"Yeah, I am. These will be ready in a minute." I answered back and splashed a smile at him then he smiled back and it was sweet and captivating.
Why I just can't be with Gino? He's nothing but sweet to me and he is so nice. I just wish he is single. But Harry's smile is more captivating. God, why am I comparing them??
Sh*t. Can I just blow the image of his smile in my mind?
After I delivered those coffee cups to the customers, I went back in the working place when Gino was busy looking for something
"Anything wrong?" I asked
"I think we're out of Vanilla Syrup."
"Oh, I can get more in the storage. Wait."
"Thank You Babygirl...you're really something.." He said with a playful smirk on his face that made me smile wide and giggle.
"Silly! Stop calling me that..." I said and then he showed a fake sad face that made me laugh. I shook my head. He's really silly and adorable. I then went inside the storage room to get what he needed and I came back and to my surprise, there's a guy, wearing a sunglasses that suits to his leather jacket but the first thought that it might be him is actually true...
He was looking for me as he took off his glasses and Gino came to me.
"Everything good?" Gino asked as he placed his hand on my shoulder
"Uh yes. Thank Gino. Those Vanilla syrup are ready." I said and nodded my head
"Thank You, Babygirl.." There it is again...He said smiling at me before he go.
I turned my head to Harry but I felt him looking at Gino with a little bit sharp. Well as I remember, he is always like that like it's really expensive to make him smile. But when he does, it's really worth it.
"Good Morning Sir..., may I take your order?" I asked in a very nice and lovely tone that I usually do everyday at work.
"Don't do that. It doesn't suit to you.." He said that made me pissed
"Did you just came here to insult me? What are you doing here?"
"Is that the way to ask your boss?"
I took a deep breathe and splashed a fake smile at him
"What is it you want, Sir Harry..? And made you go down here when I know that there's a lot of fancy coffee shops in your place that suits to you." I asked in lovely tone that seemed exhaughe
"Well, it's good you know exactly that your coffee isn't my type so..."
When he said that, my mouth just opened in surprise. Really huh?? As far as I know, everyone who came here and tasted our coffees were all satisfied and we received a lot of good feedbacks. Our coffees has a good taste and his taste is just bad! That's it
"I came here to ask you..., to be my date for tonight." He continued that made my nerve went up to my head
"What?" I asked in a loud and shocking tone that get attentions from customers and now everyone is looking at me
"Sorry.." I said apologetically and nodded at them all
